I have some Somatropin vials. How shoukd J store them pre reconstitution and post? Must they be refrigerated? If I use up each vial within 5 days do I still need to refrigerate?

I don’t refrigerate mine until reconstituting. I doubt they’re refrigerated at the distributing facility and they’re definitely not refrigerated in shipping. I think room temp is fine. There’s likely no harm doing it either way
Almost all script HGH have an insert and indicate prior to and after reconstituting with Bac water, keep cool in the back of the fridge. Most state to put it at the back of the fridge to keep it the coolest and most consistent. If you are concerned about people seeing it, take it out of the box and set them in a greens container and no one will ever know.
Sero is the only HGH, going by memory that indicates via their manufacturers insert/instructions they don't have to be refrigerated for a specific amount of time (weeks to months) after production before they are mixed and then they have to go to the fridge. I can't recall the exact time. Just a guess but if script - Huma, Geno's, Sero all say the same or are similar - generics would be the same as well. The best HGH is the HGH that is handled the least and kept at a constant cool temperature. That being said I know damn well the Sero I got ordered in was thrown around by Canada Post lol. 'Beggers can't be choosers' - without a script you take what you can get and don't believe for a second it makes it toxic or ineffective but it may lose potency. I have had GH delivered in the middle of summer and got stuck in atlanta for a week when it was 40C there. It seemed to work the same as regular GH when I got it. I was very worried but gave me the same results.

How much do you get prescribed and typical pharma hgh price ?
I heard from people who go on, "vacation" where they don't have access to a fridge is that there GH is still working just fine considering how quickly you'd go through a 10-16iu bottle at 2iu in morning and 2iu 12hrs later. I would be cautious about other things above 4iu a day otherwise side effects do quickly start to happen and you don't want to make yourself diabetic, enlarge your stomach or get bone growth or the head of a 300lb body builder without the physique.

Yes store in fridge, before and after mixing as already stated ALWAYS. I once had a prescription for Omnitrope for 2.5iu daily and was paying a whopping $650 (or so) per month from the pharmacy with no insurance coverage. After 6 months or so i switched to generics and my doctors continued to monitor blood work, my igf 1 remained the same as with generics as they were pharma. My doctor to quote (Thats incredible lets bump you up to 3iu since its more affordable now) lol. Sports medicine doctors think differently. Long story short I've been at 4iu generics daily for years now with a igf1 of around 380. Some guys swear by pharma, but at the end of the day they both get the job done and one doesnt cost you a mortgage payment.
The only perk i see pharma having is a) consistent quality control and b) you know the exact filler ingredients. But at the end of the day they will both do the same thing if you're truly have genuine product.

It is recommended to be kept at the back of the fridge where the temp does not change much and is ore consistent. Exception is Sero - can be kept at room temp until mixed for a specific time period according to the insert.
I just put them all into a Greens bottle or food product box so if anyone wants a drink or a snack - family/friends can grab it and often may ask what is in the greens(ingredients), but never opens it.
I don't freeze the Sero, Huma, or Geno's that I had. Just tried to get shipped when I knew it wouldn't be put somewhere and sat it ridiculous heat. The best HGH (or one of the factors) is HGH kept at the most constant temperature as like peptides can be fragile.
At least that is what I was read and was told by gents who were using long before I ever did. Even at 2 IU a day, which was my regular dosage - I wouldn't buy too much that it sat around too long.
How long is it fine to sit around for? Let’s say you bought a 270 iu for example and you only wanted to use 2.7 iu daily that would mean it would be around for 100 days, if you only mix one vial at a time and keep the powder in the fridge is that to long for it to sit around ?
And once mixed if kept cool how long you think you can keep the vial around?
