In hindsight, if I couldn’t crap without pushing really fucking hard, I would now just stand up, and deal with the uncomfortable gotta pool feeling till the next morning. I also woukd gave ate more fiber and drank more water in the past, instead of an all meat diet, lol.
The cure to this now is they will cut out likely 8 inches of my colon where the probems keep reoccurring and stitch the ends back together. After that I’ll still have the diver pouches, but as long as I’m careful, I’ll never have another issue again. The biggest thing is like all surgeries, hopefully they don’t fuck up amd make me worse, lol.
Worst part is, this is the only thing wrong with me, besides that I’m in great shape.
Yeah man I hear you, so are you going to have this done you think in the near future? May be better to do it when you’re still young rather than older. But if you got a handle on the situation it’s probably best to keep doing what you’re doing, cause like you said it could make you worse!

Yeah seriously Sorbs in the time I've know you you have brought some awareness to the issue when many could have easily overlooked and caused harm. You can do all different manner of damage by straining.

On a less serious note when I am having my sit and think time I think of Sorbate as "Saving the world one asshole at a time"
 
Good I'm glad I've made all of you paranoid. I wish my mother that had this would have made me paranoid. Then I wouldn't have daily gut pain. You get used to it, but its no fun feeling like you are nauseous after you eat 50% of the time.
