What is the best stack for losing weight , I want to drop 60 lb Thank you
Thank youNo supplement, illegal or legal, will help you unless you have everything others have mentioned in check.. The cape crusdaer laid it out for you. THose are your #1 priorities..
Depending on your age/metabolism/insulin sensitivity, you could consider something like Reta once you have the above in check
Diet and cardio
Calorie deficit, clean diet, adequate sleep, proper hydration and daily cardio
Here is a link to a guy that is crude and rude. It works but you have to fast.the proper way to do it is learn how to track your calories, be disciplined and hit the gym 4x a week or more , weight lifting cardio etc doesn’t matter.
If you struggle extremely with appetite you could use a glp like Reta or tirz but anything else is unnecessary
Yeah lots of protein. It works. Eat protien as your base and stay hydrated, not just water but electrolytes.

Its a good question. We just need more details for the intelligent folks here to be able to support you. There are supplements and PEDs that can make fat loss easier. Can you give us some ideas of your past training history? Have you been working out for years or just starting out. Are you looking to keep or gain muscle? Or is max fat loss the only goal? As Redz mentioned, retatrutide can be very helpful. But most are better iff to have there exercise and nutrition consistent before starting but thats just my opinion. What is the best stack for losing weight , I want to drop 60 lb Thank you
This is pretty much it in a nutshell.Calorie deficit, clean diet, adequate sleep, proper hydration and daily cardio
Hard work and diet are the key but Retatrutide is the truth when it comes to wait loss. I’m down 46.7lbs since June 16th but I don’t have much fat to lose my abs are already popping.
Personally I feel like if your insulin sensitivity is good, the only thing reta can do is blunt your cravings.. but you should be able to do that on your own through will power.. Reta is great for people who have lost their insulin sensitiviy in my opinion..
Cmon bud. Period even?Reta is great for anyone period.
Unless you have some sort of rare disease yes absolutely. I think you should research the positive effects of Reta a bit more. It is far more than a weight loss drug.Cmon bud. Period even?
I've done plenty of research so am well aware of the positive effects, the reason I tried it was for those actually not for fatloss. It fucked up my stomach badly for 5-6 months. I was really worried for a while that it was permanent, I'd say it's 90%+ back to where I was before I used it now. I probably knee jerk replied to your post because of my personal experience and it's finality, apologies for the abruptness.Unless you have some sort of rare disease yes absolutely.
