we are at 4750 members with 10 or so trying to join everyday. 8 of which we reject as members on a daily bases. I am proud to say we have the most active forum in Canada if not one of the most active bodybuilding forums in the world.

What matters in a forum is not the membership number its the amount of daily contributions each member makes by posting.

A big shout out to the staff here that are my eyes and ears because I cannot manage this place without the unpaid effort they put in.
A big shout out the core membership that keeps this place interesting and vibrant.
I am very proud of this place

I checked this morning. We had 65 applicants and accepted 2 as members. Rejecting 63. Each prospective member is checked before being accepted
