Cheatmeal thread 2.0

Today's all day pig out pile is shrimp etoufee.

2.5 lb of shrimp is about 250g of P, the only bad thing here really is the 1/4cup of butter for the roux which is about 45 grams of fat. Considering I'll be eating this all day, that's not bad. The rest is all veg. Tasty, saucy stuff like this is really just motivation for me to eat a ton of rice, which I find hard to do at times.

Fuck man. Love it. Enjoy!

Today's all day long cheatmeal is a leg of lamb. Put it in at 5:30 this morning, out at 8:30ish, super tender and there will be a pile of potatoes and basmati to go along with it. The braising liquid is some chicken stock, a can of Guinness and a bit of red wine, with veg like onions, carrots, garlic etc. .
I doubt there'll be any left but if there is tomorrow I'll make some fresh pitas for lamb shawarmas or gyros type of thing....

That is actually really healthy for a cheat meal. Looks great.

Yeah, it's not a big unhealthy pig out, but the fact is that I don't really dive into pizzas and poutine a whole lot.

So for me the "cheatmeal" is often just a large amount of food that I'm not really sure of the macros, except that I know I'm going way overboard on all and only loosely counting them. I like the all day feedings from some delicious pile of food, it's just not normally donuts 😋
