BPC157 & TB500 dosage

Curious about dosages for running these two at the same time.

I’m 43 years old. No acute injury right now. Past injuries;

Multiple fractures to C5 and C6 (broken neck)
Tore left bicep minor off the bone
One horrible bulged disk
Right shoulder partial tear
Over stretched TCL

I used to fight MMA and Muay Thai. Powerlifted and Olympic lifted after that for a bit and then competed as a heavy weight BB’r.

Been a decade since I lifted. Started back a month ago. Obviously me and my body have some figuring out to do.

I’ve used TB500 to fix a few serious injuries on my dogs in the past, now I’m thinking it’s time for this old dog to run some.

Im thinking six weeks, possibly eight, I don’t think short cycles are the answer, at 400-500mcgs a day is about right.

Anyone run these two without an acute injury?

Basically hoping to heal up old issues, make sure my body is in good repair as I plan to get back to lifting and growing.

I should mention I’m at 200 Mgs test C per week as HRT. Haven’t cycled for 11 years.

Looking for input, thanks.

Morning,

Tried almost every different protocol and this is my opinion - note opinion:
You need to give these peptides 2-3 months to see if they are going to work. Some injuries heal quick (I notices tendon injuries heal quicker than muscular with these as an addition).
I took both and used the same dosage for each - made no difference if I used it once or twice a day (if twice - total dosage divided by 2) - 1 mg or 1000 mcg's of each. I kept the 1 mg of BPC157 the whole way through, but slowly reduced the TB500 as I felt better. I injected daily. Many say you don't have to with TB500 and am fine 2-3 times a week, but I put both in the barrel (separate vials) and inject as close to the injury as possible.
If you are not dealing with an injury - I too have used it when I knew I was going to really hammer it at the gym and push progressive overload. Same dosage / same protocol. I usually get enough for 3 months.
Based on personal experience - injecting BPC157 as close to the injury matters. Is it systemic - yes, I am sure it is but it works better injected as close to an injury as possible.

People do not use enough and don't use it long enough and come to the conclusion it does not work. I have used 2 mg of both / per day many times for injuries that were stubborn. I often throw in copper peptides at 2mg to 4mg a day as well (take zinc as well if you do).

There is no question BPC157 is a damn miracle for working dogs. I too used BPC157 on my protection dogs. They work hard and 100 lb dogs who hit 30-40 kmph and slam into a large man or take an arm are eventually going to get an injury. My Alpha (rest in peace my buddy) had a neck and back injury. He was a huge Bouvier 125-130 lbs and liked to use his head as battering ram as I taught him to jump and take people down and then if they move, drag the guy away by the arm. Bouviers and Bull Mastiffs are known for taking people down and not necessarily biting as they don't have to. Bouviers hold the world record in height jumping so massive/strong back legs for a large breed dog, and could keep up with my quad at 30-40 kmph. Picture a bowling ball that weighs 130 lbs then gets a huge boost in speed and jumps and hits you in the chest. Point behind this is 5 pain meds did not help him and he would scream standing up and I had to carry him up and down the stairs. Finally it hit me, dogs heal faster than humans and I had peptides so if they work on me, why not on dogs. I called my vet and she agreed as we previously spoke about peptides for my dogs if they get injured.
3 days of BPC157 and he wanted to run, and start training again. I obviously did not as he needed two weeks of rest to recuperate, but my point is dogs don't know placebo and the peptide worked. It kept him going long into old age when most dogs would be retired from trials and practising.

There are other protocols of 250 mcg's twice a day of BPC157 and up to 20 mg of TB500 a week divided into 2-3 injections but I think you need more BPC157 and less TB500.
