Body Opus

I might have known a guy who got his dick stuck in a vaccum cleaner once but thats more along the lines of loving technology more than fighting technology , Nice phone Bagua ! The original Tinder where you allready new what the chick really looked like that you were going to bone down for the weekend with hardly a worry about unpleasant tranny suprises ! Oh the Good Ole Days !

Anyone ever run Dan Duchaines Miltitant weightloss diet , I did and it worked like a fuckin Hot Damn and it was easy as all fuck 2 boot I actually started to love eating this way Basically sunday night to friday morning you only eat Keto then Friday afternoon you start adding carbs and then friday night and all of Saturday you carb load its crazy and Old School but Boy does it work ! It works even better if you love fish smoked fish raw fish eggs and bacon and cheese and beef , you can get very creative and turn it into a carnivore orgy at every snack and meal time that would make a Cave Man chuck a log !!
I took a quick skim through the book, and if you like this style of dieting you might also appreciate Dr. Di Pasquales book, the Anabolic diet.
Similar approaches.

Dr. Di Pasquales! Forgot about him.
That book I just linked,
Looking through it it's not the book I remember reading years ago.
Must have republished it.
The original one went into far more scientific detail as far as I remember.
I'll see if I still have it somewhere.

Broski I think thats were Danny Boy got the Idea to build the Body Opus diet from , I am not 100 percent sure but its what I think
I am quite certain it was between the two of them, can't remember who was first though. I do remember Duch speaker well of Mario though.

earliest publications I found were

Underground Body Opus 1996.
The Anabolic Diet 1995.

So both really close together, likely working on the books at the same time.

And no doubt they were both heavily influenced by the OG Gironda.

The universe works in mysterious ways, (or reticular activation system is working)

I'm reading The Bodybuilding Truth, by Nelson Montana right now and on page 50 there is this paragraph....

Fifteen years following Dr. Atkins studies, Dr. Mauro DiPasquale wrote a book called The Anabolic Diet which explained how bodybuilders could implement the high fat diet into their programs for greater muscle gains. (Which was something training coach Vince Gironda advocated in a less formal fashion back in the 1960's). Concurrent with Dr. DiPasquale, Dan Duchaine offered a similar assessment in a document entitled "The Ultimate Dieting Handbook." (Later re-written into "Body Opus.")
