Blood Pressure Last Night

Holy shit.. hope you're doing ok man...
Yeah brother for now, Just pretty bad headaches and legs feel weak. Have to pick up my prescription tomorrow morning. I’m not sure if the name of it yet . All I know is it’s an ace inhibitor with 2 different medications in one pill.

179/116 seen Doc today got prescribed a ACE inhibitors.
Is the doctor advising you take your BP at home, with a cuff that fits properly at the same time of the day (everyday) and keep a log?
Do you have a follow up with the doctor after being on the Ace inhibitor for a few weeks, to see if you have any improvement?
If not, call for a follow up and please monitor it yourself. There are lots of self care and supplements that work amazing for BP issues but pharmacology usually beats 'most' of them.
I am glad they caught it early and you are being treated, but just as important is finding out what the root of the problem is or is it genetics. Remove the cause and you no longer require the medication or may not.
Do you mind me asking what you are taking in the PED class right now?

Best of luck!

Yes I was also prescribed a cuff , I will be monitoring at home and logging , Believe it or not this is my off cycle and I’m currently only taking 150mg Test E per week , My iron is also low it’s at a 10 and I’m also getting an appointment for a sleep study. I was told to drop my body mass down from maintaining a 303lb physique to atleast a 230-245lb to start. As far as well liked PEDS I love tren and always take it . And I don’t take many orals and clen is a staple and growth.

When I go shopping certain locations some have sit down blood pressure machine available at the pharmacy. I double check my home machine with the one at the pharmacy. That's how I found out that I have high blood pressure before I had a home machine. How old are you if you don't mind me asking 🤔. Thanks and glad you found out about your high blood pressure before you heart popped out of your chest.

Perindopril 4mg once daily
So just my experience with both here. I had a wicked cough and some dizziness on the Perindopril. I asked to switch to telmisartin and the cough/dizziness went away and my BP went down some what faster especially the diastolic. Not saying that this side effect will happen to you but if it does then you'll know why and should probably request a switch.

Just a maintained 50 or 60 lb weight loss alone will have a major effect on blood pressure 👌

That’s my plan now is the weight loss and increase cardio, I’ve even meal prepped today as if I was doing a cut . But I won’t be taking anything that increases blood pressure or heart rate.
