Hey CB brothers and sisters, if/when you donate blood do you need to tell them any of the gear you are currently running? Or would they turn you away? I've never given a donation before and now that Im more aware of the benefits to doing so I'd like to start regularly going.. How frequently does everyone out there donate?

If you answer yes to “illegal steroids” question they will turn you away

If doing BW donate as required….when hematocrite is above 53%

If not donate in middle of long cycle (16-20) weeks or end of shorter cycle 12-16.

I typically donate 2-3 times per year. More frequently and my ferritin goes below range.

I find donating every few months to be beneficial for sure when it comes to hemoglobin / hematocrit management, and it’s a good deed to help others as well. Maybe keep it on the DL that you’re running gear bud.

Clearly I wouldnt just declare it for the sake of it, was unsure of the risk of them testing and seeing something.. Like I had said before I have zero experience with it and unsure what they do with the blood after drawn testing wise.. However Im sure something is done to check for disease/illicit substances after the fact no?? And the donation is recorded with your info and etc.. So just wanting stay ahead of anything that could arise and to educate myself as much as possible prior to.. Im far from new to gear, however I'm fairly new to being smart with gear and giving a fuck about my health at 36..

Every 2 to 3 months i tell me syringe, measuring cup and sink drain that im on steroids and i am required to do this to stay healthy and alive.
Ive never been turned away once!
