Best supplements sources?

Does it mix well? I only use whey in my morning smoothie and/or my post workout meal / not always but I would be lying if I said I didn't use whey protein. It is very hard to keep everyone straight in the forum and the other one I used to frequent, but you have always been active and I have read your posts. I recall you putting up a picture of a yourself and to put it lightly - you would not know it is the same person. That is a compliment by the way, in case you read it wrong. If that is a picture of you at your peak (which it is common sense to put a pic up when you in peak condition), I am derailing the thread (sorry) but sweat mother of F you are ripped. Do you mind me asking at the size, what weight you were? It is somewhat irrelevant even if it is 150 lbs - you look great if that was your weight. It is just hard to keep my height/size/strength and even be close to that lean as I won't use many of the additions that will help achieve this.
I'm being nosy, and I know you can't do everything with drugs (I am not saying that), you have to have a great diet, train hard, and have a plan and stick to it. With all those things in check what did you use to get in that condition? You don't have to share if you don't want to as it is your business. Are you competing? Just my opinion but you could if you wanted if that is a picture of your peak condition as many shows have people that are not in as good condition.
My curiosity is peaked if I am speaking to the same person who use to mention using a lot of milk (I think whole) for calories/protein. I would have to go to another forum and look back as it was a long time ago but I have a good memory and I recall you saying this or think I do lol. Many people do drink a gallon of whole milk when bulking for the calories and easily digestible macros.
With all products you can make incredible strides if you are willing to use them - harsh steroids that pack on slabs of muscle and help get you lean, HGH and slin, peptides, GLP-1 agonists, DNP, diuretics, and a plethora of other products I am not mentioning. I don't judge people who use them - if I was younger and worked security full time, I may consider more, if my health was in check, but unfortunately time has passed and I am just TRT/small doses of the healthier options on top/script HGH and some peptides for health/injuries/lenthening telomeres. I am no where near that low BF, but have made great strides to put on size and strength since going back to the gym vs. working out at home.
Anyway - you can't get to that level, no matter what you take, without hard work and dedication so congrats as you look great.
Yeah the whey mixes well, although I just use it with oatmeal or COR, never just water.
You are correct about the GOMAD diet I used to run, I did put on a lot of size and strength doing that, but also a lot of body fat. I find I keep a way better body composition by keeping fats as low as possible (just fish oil, and trace fats from meat).

I’m not competing just wanted to get lean, clean up my physique. Ended up getting into the best shape I’ve been in. Started cutting July 1st was 206lbs at 5’5. Finished my cut at 170lbs on Nov1st. The pics were taken upon waking so I was pretty dry, somewhat flat, but I’m pretty happy with my progress.

Most of the cutting phase I was on: Test@400, EQ@400, Clen@50-100mcg, then brought in Var@25mg/ed, and Reta@2mg/w for the last 6 weeks or so (bit of a guess).

No plans for shows yet, been busy with a new born baby boy and taking care of some other family stuff mostly. But hopefully keep things fairly tight and dialled in, to join a show sometime next year.

I appreciate your compliments sir, I have a lot of respect for you and so it don’t take it lightly.

I still have a lot of improvements I need to make, going to focus on that moving forward. Keeps me out of trouble :)

There are a couple guys at the gym that are 5'5 or shorter and typically win most free power lifting competitions ( everyone competes against everyone and they use a formula of your weight/weight you move). They have small levers - I am referring to a bench press contest or a dead lift contest, and not a true best of 3 combined (the smaller guys typically win the bench press contest).Very short arms so he always looks bigger than he is. Anyone 5'5 at 170 is a big guy and especially 206 at 5'5.

I could never do the GOMAD diet as I can only have a small amount of milk. I use almost/cashew milk in my coffee and 1/2 almond/cashew and half water in my smoothie.
If you only took 800 mg injectables and a reasonable dosage of Var that isn't that much compared to what many take. As for the clen or Reta - no comment as I never used them before. I know people who used clen and it was like you were working out non stop as their RHR went up by a huge amount (any anxiety or make you feel weird?). Did the Reta blunt your hunger? Dropping 36 lbs is a ton of weight to drop if done in months / not years unless you are in sauna dropping water, getting a colonic, and other tricks to weigh in lower for fights and then rehydrate and carb up again adding 20-30 lbs in 24-36 hours. Regardless, you look great.
Did you stay at the lower weight or gain much back after you stopped the clen and Reta?

I used to be very fat (260lbs) before I started lifting / bodybuilding. I ended up losing 100lbs on a Keto diet.

I’ve never actually trained powerlifting. I’ve seen a lot of short guys move crazy weights, way out of my ballpark.

I ran 800mg’s of injectables, but I feel like the Reta and the Var gave me a huge return. For whatever reason, Var really has a big impact on my visuals, and Reta curbed my appetite to the point where even trying to have a higher calorie day after week of digging was tough. Especially at the start, around week two or three on it, I even had trouble finishing my last meal of the day on 2000 calories sometimes. I was running Clen at 50mcg for a while but someone suggested I push to 100mcg for the last stretch, which I did. That ended up having zero noticeable negative impact but sped up my fat loss quite well.
I’m up 4lbs since I dropped everything except cruising on Test@250mg, and still on [email protected]/w. Getting blood work within the next month or so, I want to see how the Reta affects it.

Nice work, of course. Your last pics were pretty insane ;) (y) Be sure to let us know about the blood tests on reta when you get them, I've very curious how it might be able to offset the hit our lipids take with most of our compound choices. I'm also doing some bloodwork in the next three weeks or so...After being on reta since August.

Thank you man, I really do appreciate the positive words, gives me a lot of motivation, nice when others notice the work put in right. I also forgot to include I was running Proviron@50mg/ed.

I typically use supplement source dot ca. I've been using them for decades and can't complain.

That is an amazing transformation of almost 100 lbs and turned muscular and lean. I am not against the use of medications, I know someone on another thread (and sorry for derailing this thread as I will go to PM with BRBpuppy if I have any more comments) said why is everyone against glp-1 drugs. I'm not against them, I just won't use them unless I compete, which I never will or I had a disease that required treatment. That is a personal choice but everyone should do what they feel is best. The concept that it may help with fatty liver is a reason to use it as I suspect if everyone did ultrasounds of their liver, we would find a good % of the population and members are getting fatty infiltration. It can be caused by food, drugs, anything that can damage your liver and for whatever reason your liver starts to have issues processing fat and turns fatty, or you are just one of the unlucky ones with no factors. Unfortunately, it can turn serious for a % of the population even if you don't drink or do drugs. I hope Reta makes it to the pharmacy through all the testing and is finally a medication that can be prescribed. As it stands, you have to treat it yourself with supplements/herbs/diet. Interesting drugs - just not for me unless but I would be a hypocrite if I said they were bad. As taking test with Deca to bulk up is bad too then.
I am amazed that you don't have any hanging skin or scars from surgery to get skin removed as 100 lbs at 5'5 is a lot to lose unless done very slowly. My very short courses of oral and injectable var - super low doses to test how I would react (I felt great and responded on a micro dose in strength and a mild change in size in a few weeks, but my liver enzymes went through the roof and it was another compound on the list I can't touch). In a lot of ways I am jealous of having a long list of compounds I can't touch. I have to stick to the basics - test, Deca/NPP, Primo, and boldenone in low doses. Boldenone sits on the grey line of potentially not healthy/safe as you get older, but at low doses I don't see anything wrong with it. Anyway - congrats on all the progress.
Who knows maybe someday I will try Reta.

I actually do have a bit of loose skin on my glutes, used to be pretty bad on my lower stomach but it’s improving, especially since I’ve been training abs twice a week which seems to help.
