Has anyone heard of taking this in a pre workout? Supposedly good for getting a pump at the gym during workouts? If so any dosage suggestions or thoughts about it??

Kinda stumbled upon it. Not sure if internet joke or what.
 
Not a joke, I used it for a while a few years back. Enhanced pump? Yeah. Tried various doses, if I come across them in my notes I will post. Ratioed with a lot of water. Sickly sweet.
Can't remember why I stopped but if the effect was that impressive I would not have so that should tell ya something. I don't think I've ever recommended it to anyone.

Good for pumps, start with 20ml it is a stool softener if I'm not mistaken. Not cool to shit yourself at the gym. I used it a while back up to 60ml with l citruline
