Anyone Using Sustanon for Daily SubQ Injections Long Term?

I'm male.

Just to clarify, 50 kg isn't my intended long-term body weight. My plan is to eventually gain

substantial muscle mass, not remain at 50 kg.

I understand your concerns about diet and training, but I'm not considering testosterone solely as treatment for low levels. My interest is in long-term bodybuilding enhancement, regardless of whether my natural testosterone levels improve.

Thanks for your input.
it sounds like you have your mind made up which is fine as i said about hopping on test. but please don’t just dismiss what we’re saying about diet + training. 50kg is less than half of the member’s wives here weigh i’d bet (no shade yall lol)

I have to agree here. OP's goal at his height to be 110lbs is strange to say the least, dare I say super unhealthy.

With these measurements it suggests OP is very much inexperienced with bodybuilding and doesn't even need PEDs. Now if he did want to proceed with PEDs I can't see why he couldn't recomp fairly easily as a newbie.

Testosterone will be the biggest mistake if your life at this point. As others pointed out you have no foundation, or idea of anything. There is literally no point doing it in your current condition. Are you suffering from some type of muscle wasting disease of an eating disorder? Truly something doesn’t make sense here.

Thanks man, appreciate the response. Unfortunately, pharma-grade enanthate and cypionate aren't really available here in Turkey, so Sustanon is pretty much my only option.

The vial is already my first choice. I'd only bother with prefilled syringes if I couldn't get it and had to use ampoules instead.

As for the 50 kg, the idea is to get rid of as much body fat as possible before starting a clean bulk, while also trying to minimize aromatization. I'm not planning to stay at that weight, it's just a temporary target before building back up.

Your english is very good for someone living in Turkey.

I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt but one more vote for consideration of looking at your overall health, including eating disorders, situation as mentioned by the fellas above. That is the reason i asked about 50kg. |
Your BMI would be 16.3. Now muscular men may and probably should think that BMI is stupid but that number is below the 1st percentile meaning it is extremely rare, is see a stat that says that less than 0.1% of men in the US fall under 17.5 BMI - extremely underweight, Dangerously. Even for a female of that stature.
IMO you'd likely be healthier weighing at least 60kg(133lbs) even with the same amount of lean mass, IOW fatter.

Please get checked out if you haven't already and if you have holy shit please know that Testosterone supplementation is not a one stop solution, there is surely a lot more going on here as already suggested above.
Just started reading this and believe you are around 5 foot 9 and are looking to be 110 lbs before putting on weight. Unless you are sick, have a genetic disorder, mental disorder (not making fun of anyone who does as there are many eating disorders) - how can someone 5'9 be 120 lbs if you are a male unless you starve yourself/fast. Men have more muscle as a rule than women, my tiny nephew is 5'4 and weighs 135 of pure muscle.
Based on 5'8 and 120 lbs, I can't imagine what your BF level would be, but it would not be healthy per @gondar1.
I don't make fun of people, no disrespect - cutting before bulking makes sense.
There are lots of reasons people have issues (medical issues) keeping size on and in particular fat - some would consider this a blessing but it isn't from a health perspective. The guys/gals on stage look amazing but they can't look like that year round or they would be underground given a uncertain amount of time. Ask any educated coach if you can keep that look for any amount of time. Same with power lifting, they peak and then go back to deloads as the body can't take the punishment. Bad analogy but hopefully you follow what I am saying.

If you answered already, apologies but what do you weigh now? I would be at the doctors getting a battery of tests done trying to figure out how I could ever achieve 110lbs (50 kg).
Something does not add up here and I am not calling you a troll, but this is a crazy goal - you plan to starve yourself until you are almost dead and then start training / eating? Don't follow any of this. I am with the guys above who say learn to eat/train natural, testosterone is just a small part of the equation if you need TRT. You need to see a doctor. If you told a doctor you were planning to diet to 110 lbs, he/she would tell you no, you are going to get into a dangerously unhealthy weight.
Best of luck, but I won't comment on the sustanon as I can't agree with any part of this plan, albeit you are well written, polite, provide feedback, but it appears you have made your mind up.

take care!

I appreciate the advice, and I definitely don't dismiss the importance of diet and training. In fact, I've been spending a considerable amount of time studying training principles, hypertrophy, nutrition, and recovery before even stepping into a gym.

I know 50 kg sounds extremely low, especially in a bodybuilding community. It's not a weight I intend to maintain. My goal is to eventually build as much muscle mass as my genetics and physical limitations allow.

I also have a brachial plexus injury from birth affecting my left arm, which makes training a little more complicated. I'm currently seeking medical advice about what I can realistically do.

I'm not expecting testosterone to replace proper training or nutrition. I'm trying to understand everything involved and build a long-term approach.

I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to respond.

@Fedwinstrol I think if you let us know your current weight, we can see how or why 50kg is the target before starting the build process.

An example is that if your current weight is 60kg, at 175cm, there is absolutely no reason not to start the build process now. Refine the BF % as you go and as you learn more about the nutrition/recovery/training process. As well as learning how your body responds.

50kg is dangerously low and I see no point in going there. All you are really doing is slowing down real progress and starting out in a backwards direction.

*You could end up chasing that number for a long time, way too long IMHO.

Just my 2bits, best of luck on your health journey.
