If you check out pep-pedia.org (under browse) - and also check out peptidedosages.com it says to start with 2-5 mg per day - that's a hell of a lot in my opinion. I've got this stuff coming too in about a weeks time - but I think I'll start on half that dose. Both of the above websites are really good for researching your peps which is what I do before purchase- that being said alot of these peps have great effects for older guys like me - so it's hard not to want to be on everything you can.
It's a Nad booster - so good for energy - I'll be taking it with ss-31 and nad - although I'm going to start the ss-31 first - then the nad a few weeks later - then the 5amino1mq a few weeks after that. I've heard it works great for older guys - fair for younger guys who really don't need the energy boost. Best I can figure for myself is that I've low gh levels - hoping it will reduce my fatigue.
Your supposed to take it in the morning or early afternoon - not in the evening ! It has a long half life - 8 hrs - so a good sustained release - I'd definitely be taking it first thing in the morning. And recommended use is cycling 8-12 wks on - a few weeks off. Takes a week or two to kick in so don't expect immediate effects.
What is SLU- Lite ? never heard of it - couldn't find anything on the web - is it a vial or pills ?? Where are you getting it ? Sounds like low doseage slu-pp-332 - if that's what it is - it may be a good product - as I've heard that the 20mg pills from gg (I've got them - haven't tried them - yet) - pack a big punch - and one or two of the members here have suggested taking half a pill to start - before hitting the gym - excellent for energy boost. Sounds similar to motc - which again is supposed to be great for older guys - however it is suggested to take ss31 first for a few weeks to enhance the results before taking motc. And the motc is on my list also.
Take my advice with a grain of salt - the more I research the more I realize that peptide dosages are all over the map - it's all emerging science - and I'm ending up learning that I know very little. You would do well to talk with guys here who have actually tried it and are around your age & bodyweight. And when you have tried it for 4 or 6 weeks put in a thread in the peptides section telling about your experience - good, bad or neutral - it will help others.
