anyone regulary eat liver?

We get a fresh chicken every weekend (literally watch the lady mob slit it) Kidneys, liver, heart are all mine as nobody else is big on organ meat. My daughter loves the feet though. Of course being a chicken...small portions.

Shanghai. Everything in the market is alive mostly with the exception of anything large like pigs, cows etc. In the "country" you can go get fresh pork where the meat is still steaming in the winter from the left over body heat.
