None of these machines are going to add slabs of muscle to your legs, glutes, etc. but I started doing these at the end of my leg workout and noticed some better leg definition and growth. Strong hips, stability, and preventing injuries is the reason I started, but was surprised how much when you lean forward - it not only hits the legs but really fatigues the glutes. Considering glutes are your largest muscle and important to overall stability/injury prevention - at least from what I read, I decided to give them a go. Most of the time it is the women who I see using them. Regardless, finishing off with short breaks and high reps really fatigues my legs.
I would never do these to start - I do the 'mass building' exercises first.

After working out at home, the different options and proper equipment for legs has resulted in some nice gains in my legs in particular.
Curious if anyone else does these?
I saw another similar thread on another forum years ago, and was surprised at how many guys who compete or are serious lifters did these.

Personally I do these first. To help target and wake up my inner thigh and outer hip. Sort of get my pelvis in alignment before I get to the heavier stuff. It's helped a lot I'd say! Running heavy equipment my glutes and hip are damn near sleeping 247 which really fucking sucks. Alas, most of us end up with personal struggles physically of some sort due to our jobs.
