6iu for fat loss

Back in 2021, I used to do a protocol with 5iu HGH, 1G of L-Carnitine (inj of course) and 1iu Humalog BEFORE my fasted workout ...boy I became leaner and Fuller in a matter of 2weeks ,only on TRT "Anabolic wise" if I Can Say.

Anybody tried that out as well?
 
For starters, lipolysis is maximized at just 2iu.

In a caloric deficit I tend to believe splitting your dose AM/PM is the most ideal. That will spread out its lypolytic benefits throughout the day.

Bolus dose before bed is favoured in a caloric surplus because it tends minimize blood sugar skewing.

With 6iu I would dose it at 2iu in the morning and 4iu at night.
not sure about that i kept going up by 2iu starting at 2iu and up to 8iu with no other changes as i wanted to figure this out myself so i did it in a controlled environment and i kept getting leaner and leaner.
