6iu for fat loss

With 6iu of growth what’s the best way to allot them for fat loss? 3x2 iu am aft and pm?
Bolus morning fasted dose and fasted cardio after by an hour did me wonders and yes @Funnyman i was on 8ius for months with the above fat loss protocol until i dropped to 4ius out of curiosity to see the water weight drop and shine the leanness achieved i was surprised lol that water weight masks the lypolysis but it surely is there 🔥

From what ive heard morning full dose is best for fat loss, like stated above.
Ive only been on gh 3 weeks and ive been getting leaner already with 4iu at night but the layer of water is blurring the lines. I thought the water bloat was more only when you start taking it, then it settles. Is it just always like this?
If so i might drop to 3iu come may.

For starters, lipolysis is maximized at just 2iu.

In a caloric deficit I tend to believe splitting your dose AM/PM is the most ideal. That will spread out its lypolytic benefits throughout the day.

Bolus dose before bed is favoured in a caloric surplus because it tends minimize blood sugar skewing.

With 6iu I would dose it at 2iu in the morning and 4iu at night.

That was what I thought, that full fat loss is achieved at or just under 2iu. And doing big doses at night was for igf signaling but I wanted to come and see who’s everybody else was operating. I’m liking the 2/4 split in Ou get the fat loss twice and some good sleep with the 4iu at night

It's so arguable and debatable most of it is bro science. Lipolysis will occur regardless at those higher doses and as already stated starts at only 2iu. Morning, preworkout and mid day shots will probably do more destruction then good in my opinion with the insulin resistance that follows. Just take it all at bed, get a good sleep then do your fasted cardio regardless. If you want to increase your FFA release add yohimbine will do the same thing GH does without the counterintuitive issues. Unless you're pro next level it's really not necessary to reinvent the wheel and make things more complicated then it's needs to be.

Why do you think aids patients take the full 18iu at bed time? It's studied, tried and true to minimize side effects and potential risks. Just stay in a deficit, do cardio, take it at bed time and watch your metabolism and weight loss progress.

I'd stay at 4iu for fat loss because I'd worry about losing insulin sensitivity. Heard it happens around 6iu and more. I actually don't like it for fat loss, I feel like it helps with nutrient partitioning but I feel like I look fatter while taking it and didn't notice it help with fat loss much at all. Refeeds helped more and just not eating too many carbs per meal.

365 days of 8ius bolus dose IM morning fasted cardio followed by 4ius drop/adjustment and its like my body peeled off the old skin, the water weight mask, it took two weeks for my body to adjust to the half dose drop and the mirror showed all that year worth of lipolysis. Now my 4ius are bolus dose pre bed followed by morning fasted cardio upon waking. That “fatter” look is just the nutrition partitioning and intramuscular/subq water retention etc. If your batch is ace and good quality, trust the process, that lipolysis is there even when it doesn’t look like it all depending on cardio, training, diet and overall fitness etc ofc

Just going to leave this here for those of you that are interested in a very in depth textbook on GH, sports & bodybuilding / optimization. The data is backed with citations from the available science and addresses many of the 'bro science' old school protocols. I'll venture to say it does require some degree of medical knowledge & understanding to be able to interpret some of the literature though you can skip to what you're interested in when it gets to hard. No I'm not a shill, just a nerd who likes to read, and read many books on GH but this one stands out so I'd say it's worth the investment.

Love this thanks for dropping it! For the guys that need help breaking down some of the advanced medical stuff copy it into chatgpt and ask it to simplify

After a few weeks the water will start coming down your body balances out

In medical settings you can’t trust a patient to shoot multiple times a day but meat heads like us are happy to be a pin cushion if it means better results and less sides.

GH will retain water no matter what, that's part of the game even at 2iu. It's due to aldosterone and renin, if you block that with a ARB inhibitor you can manage some of the water, but not all of it. And you need a high dose ARB as well which some guys dont do well with.

Despite what forum bros tell you Pharma grade makes no difference in my experience. I tried them all, and currently have script for 3-4iu Omnitrope daily. I hold just as much water as the generic Qcs stuff. The only difference is Pharma costs me 3K a month and generics less then $300... So after 4 months of pharma I said this shit ain't worth it.

GH has it's pros and cons like every drug, water is simply one of them. Drop it in May, you'll lose the water by June I promise!

I was on 2 iu but i pulled it after 6 weeks cause i gained 7 or 8 lbs of water. I always gained some but never this much.
It all flushed out after 2 weeks of being off

Good to hear because it does mess with me. I know It is definitely water but if you aren't comfortable with how fat you look already HGH might not be the way to go for some I'm thinking. Have you looked into doing morning 4iu and evening 4iu so it's in your system for almost the entire day? Not sure how healthy it would be but I would imagine growing might be better once you hit around 8iu daily.
