I use the readfood as a good carb source. But u recently switched to recon mre. Tastes better. None of the 5% products contain what i want

I liked the 5150 pre workout. So if i see it on sale i will pick it up but havent tried anything else

I used to like 5% kill it. Now i dont buy/use any supplements. Just a multivitamin by youngevity. Other than that, all food.

Honestly real food is the best way. I got more pure muscle tissue gains on real food in the last year on low test then I did on high test and supplements like protien powder, and liquid carbs.
If you are going to drink protien powder at least mix it with milk so it’s like real food, or eat real carbs with your powder.
So 1 cup of oats, 1 scoop of powder, cinnamon and water, nuke it till the oats get a bit soft and chug.
Potatoes with butter and a scoop of powder and water.
So many combinations. Most of the carb sources in those products are very quickly absorbed and spike you blood sugar. (I bought a blood sugar meter and tested different food combinations for fun to see if I could control my insulin sensitivity while on gh)
Macy waze and dextrose blast you to 9’s
