as a matter of course do you make big decisions based on the opinions of strangers?????

I suggest you read reviews. read as many as you can and base your decisions based on the reviews
however as a result of doing our homework that still means you have to figure out how to contact that lab
and assumes that lab wants to deal with a stranger

so your best spend time getting to know folks and you will find friends help friends
