    Counting Calories, marcos, vitamins etc

    Just wanted to find out what people use to keep track of everything in terms of calories/out , macros, vitamins,.minerals, antioxidants etc. I use to use my fitness pal and a note book but I've recently switched to Cronometer Gold. Which so far I'm finding to be very indept... I find it's allot...
