How do you know your dialed into the right dosage for you???

Good question. I'm low normal by the numbers, but I feel so much better with a little boost

currently its a numbers game because that's what my doctors are comfortable with. I'm wondering if I treate it as a feelings game if I could continue to improve on my health issues without side effects.

For me it’s all about how I feel (energy, libido, mood, aches and pains, etc) but it’s tedious and takes huge patience to determine the ideal point because you have to make small mg changes, wait 8 weeks, stabilize hormones, assess how you fell and get bloods. So now I know the numbers where I feel best at TRT levels with no ai.

Before I started TRT Boosts i needed this baseline to compare how I feel with boosts verses risk/reward.

TRT key NUMBERS for me to FEEL how I want to feel:
- I can’t make gains unless Free Test is over 500.
- If E2 under 50 pmol/l I feel like crap, if over 110 too emotional, retain water, etc
- watch PSA numbers for movement
- watch RBC and donate to keep under 50

If it was entirely up to me I’d dose according to how I feel but since the doc is involved it becomes a numbers game.

You make a good point. I’ve been fortunate to have a doctors willing to let me drive the experiments with dosages I have done and allow me to do the blood work to collect the data so I could correlate what I could feel and what I couldn’t feel to the numbers.

I have a script for 200mg a week but honestly I feel better @ 125-150 every 7-10 days. Sometimes I have missed a week due to work traveling and I notice that feel better when my levels are on the low side.

For TRT sometimes more isn’t better.

Do you take an ai at 200mg? If so do you think that contributes to how you feel?

I never use an AI cause my dr doesnt was to prescribe one for some reason but on 200mg my E is in range but high

My doc is against an AI as well but I’ve read enough literature that contradicts that thought. His thinking is to be as close to natural as possible but I reality there’s nothing natural about TRT lol

A feel game for me. In fact my doc only checks my levels when I ask. Having been on prescription T for 21 years without any side effects, I suppose it is just the best way to approach a patient based therapy regimen.
Dialed in? I have no idea at all how to tell due to never sticking to the prescribed dose.

Yeah I agree, wanted to try HCG as well but he wasn’t down with that either.

For my doc is a symptoms and feelings game. I am on a super massive dose of .25mls/week, which I split into 2. Last time I was in the doc was like 'it's high for a woman now, but I guess you don't mind that, considering your lifestyle?' (I'm. It actually high for a woman, I think I'm at the low end of normal? But waaaay better than zip.
