thanks guys. i'm a bit new to this but ill take a look around and try to figure things out. Currently natty and not sure when i might turn to the dark side haha. about 6 years of lifting now but only maybe 3 seriously since the first 3 were all about growing arms up for the bar. 24 years old so I got lots of time i think

Depending on which parts of this are new to you there is a mentoring program here you may wish to look into, it's mainly for helping get familiar with the workings and etiquette of getting around the forum. Once you have that handled I'd suggest read, read, read. We've touched on a pretty wide variety of the game here and there are some great threads that sum up a bunch of subjects well. Plus you'll get a feel for who's who and how we all relate to each other. Make sure you check out all the "stickies" at the top of each sub forum.
