Quiet day with the family, wife is cooking a Turkey with all the fixins, homade apple Carmel pecan pie, diet killer lol, have s happy Thanksgiving everyone.
 
Train legs/Lats then family/and Prime Rib instead of turkey...mmmm

Nothing. Wife is in Mexico on a mission for a while and I have a cold. If I feel up to it I will stroll down the street to a mom and pop restaurant that has a Thanksgiving special. Gotta force my workouts in.

First thanksgiving with my lady but unfortunately we will be apart as we are both going to repesective family dinners.

We're probably just having a small family dinner at home. Bring on the Pumpkin Pie (just a tiny slice). :)

My gym is closed so it'll be rest & cardio day at home...
 
Just chilling. It was a crazy work week, took today off and am just going to relax. The wife is doing food prep for the week, the kids are in Victoria doing the run so it's nice and quite here lol.
