we are still missing one or two or possibly more

there are typically two types of members the old diehards like us that form the core of a board and then there are what I would call "member for a while". For the "members for a while" their board membership typically follows a cycle of intense activity at first, tailing off and eventualy drying up. So new members are needed to replace those" members for a while"
