What’s everyone’s injection rotation for those who ED or EOD injections?

I personally do right ventro left ventro right delt left delt.

Looking to stop doing my delts though as I heard you can lose striations and possible get lumps over pinning delts.

I just do upper outer quad, ventro glute, and shoulder every day inj. Just move spots a bit on each of those when i rotate back to them. Since its every day I just do shallow muscular inj. I am probably going back to eod if tomorrows blood results are no better than the last, every day inj were just to see if my night sweats improved.

Yes, 29 gauge. Its a little slow flowing but I warm up the oil beforehand. I am only on 17.5mg everyday. I am going to ask to up it to 22mg everyday.

If I recall the us us your first cycle? If so, yeah you’ll get things like night swears, more pimples and such. After a while your body gets used to it and you’ll be fine.

No I know what you meant brother I’ve just never heard of anyone pinning calves, how is it?
Honestly its a great spot if you have big ones. Mine are just naturally big, I dont even have to work them out lolol.

EOD I go left delt, triceps then right delt, tricep. I tried my upper quad and it was sore for 3 days like a Charlie horse bad.

Interesting that you came across that 2nd link. That image is actually a part of an article about shaping the calf muscle via botox to induce atrophy. Great image to illustrate your question but the irony with regard to what we usually seek made me chuckle. His work was related to short legged asians with big calves that accentuate that short aesthetic.
I'm an example of the flip side, due to an unpleasant encounter involving a 2 stroke and a massive hill I tore one of my calves. It looked like I had ripped a 3/4 inch out of the bottom of the lateral gastroc with a putty knife. Over a long time I did a pile of injects into that spot and it rebuilt the missing area. For "normal" use I've only ever used the lateral head but about an inch higher. Reason being is the other head is already bigger so seeking balance and taking the chance that spot injections may actual work.

I am sure that the spot on my thigh I injected into for years has gotten bigger, maybe from irritation and scarring, but its easy to pin and inject and it doesn't feel like scar tissue. So maybe spot injection has some merit.

I have avoided injecting in that spot because I don't want it to get bigger (both sides)
