Just looking for advice on HGH vs CJC/Ipamorelin blend, I’m running the blend currently but interested in just going the HGH route. I am 35 and currently on test/primo and a small dose of Reta weekly. I’m just looking to get some extra fat loss/sleep benefits.

Should I take the plunge and try HGH or keep on trucking with the cjc/ipa? Am I too old to reap the full benefits of a secretagogue

Yeah. Start low on the hgh and titrate accordingly
 
I’m currently on a fairly high carb diet, but I time my carbs pre and post workout and post work as I have a very physical job. Should I try to limit my carb intake or keep it the same?

Not too low on the carb intake especially on reta. How much are you taking?

I’m taking .75mg a week, I only went up to 1.5 per week during my cut. I might bump it up to 1mg a week with HGH. My total carb intake is 350 grams a day, 215 protein and about 90-100 fat.
 
I just started Reta myself I moved up to 2mg/week but still don’t notice a ton. I’m on TRT 225mg and 5.5ius gh daily. I’m not as active these days other than my 21 set workouts and 1 hour cardio daily so I don’t take an excess amount of carbs. What’s your job?

I am a carpenter doing mostly concrete work now, and I also walk my dogs every evening rain or shine on a mountain trail that is 7.3kms with about 1200 feet elevation gain.

I am on a push pull legs split now 6 days a week, so I’m definitely in need of the carbs.
 
Any sides with 5.5iu?
Nah I just got back on a few weeks ago but I previously ran 5.5-6 for 2 years even went up to 8 for a 6 week period before a vacation lol.

I thought I had issues earlier this year when I got back on then stoped but it turned out the trigger finger was from low testosterone. I’m on TRT now and it cured the trigger finger.
