We it all begins here. I have last year's and this year's results free tests from my doctor. I think it weird that they changed the lower end of the testosterone values. Should I go and pay for different blood testing to see where other values are at and if so what should I ask for. Everyone input is greatly appreciated. Thanks again for everything input.
I'm on a journey to feel better and have more energy. I have blood testing for my Q3M which is every 3 months. I have to lose some BF before I start my first cycle. I'm thinking it will be test e at probably 250 a week. This is what I have purchased so far, 3@Testosterone Enanthate 250mg/ml, 1@Aromasin 12.5mg, 1@Nolvadex 20mg for AIs Inhibitors and some hCG for my PCT. I'm looking to gain some muscle and look better.
Here are the lab results.

Blood sugar is a bit high, I would work on my diet, specifically the snacking between meals.
My diet at this moment is fasting and I eat one meal a day. It consists of lean meat and low starch vegetables that have little calories.
The doctor says that I'm almost pre diabetic. I drink water with a home made electrolyte that has no sweetener and occasionally have a diet pop. I don't eat food that has sugar added and I don't eat snacks. I'm on 4mg Reta per week and 4iu of HGH at night daily. I also take blood pressure medication which is Amlodipine 5mg and Candesartan 32g once day. Thank you for your help Sorbate and appreciate yours everyone's input.
