I haven’t heard of it, haven’t taken greens as of lately, but I found ghost greens worked well for me if you’re focused on your digestion. It helped me for sureBeen doing some research . Ive tried AG1 and other greens . Came across a supplement called IM8 has anyone tried it ? I find it get sick alot and have digestion issues . Wondering, if the reveiws are true and if it does work . It is on the higher end in price .

toss in 1 iu of gh and probiotics/fibre and you are bullet proof, lol.I noticed a significant decrease in illness when I started taking magnesium, l theanine and NAC at night. My whole house gets sick. Bounces off me.

I also have really weird digestion. My mother has crohns disease and I definitely have something off. I can’t eat a huge variety of vegetables. Or too many vegetables. They make me incredibly gassy and not pleasant to be around lol. I stick to carrots. I also find out of everything, sweet potato is best for me in terms of regular bathroom visits and normal looking bowel movements. But the sweet potatoes we get in NL are always old and half rotten and they’re expensive.Trying to find a all in one solution without having to take a full cup of pills . I personally hate taking pills , its tedious I find making a drink much more convenient, but lately anytime I try to bulk even under my calories for the day , my body doesnt digest well . Which now brings me to my other issue . The passed year I have got sick least once a month each time getting worse. I do lack vitamins , this I know . Ill start a cycle and midway point I get sick. IM8 is stupid expensive, from comparing AG1 to IM8 they are 2 different supplements that offer different things . The money is not an issue if it works . I want something that helps digest food better and gives me a stronger immune system . I have all the gear and peptides at my disposal, even considering adding in kpv . Whats everyone's thoughts I surely cant be the only one with this . Problem.. Thanks ( edit ) It doesn't seem to matter what food I eat either .

Trying to figure out a solution without going to the dr and get bloodwork and put me on some pill that fixes one thing but has bad side effects . I’m not taking greens or pro biotics now and I feel pretty good right now but I feel like I could be more empty after I go. Green veggies make me feel empty but like I said, before I go I’m very unpleasant to be around.
I’ve been watching Jon Andersen on YouTube and he swears by Metamucil with each meal you don’t eat veggies. I’ve been meaning to try it. I eat fruit, oatmeal, sweet and baby potatoes and carrots but I need something to help a little more.
So the Metamucil may help with your digestion but as for gettting sick I have no idea
I’ve had to get a few abscess’s lanced off my butthole and I have no idea what from so my gut is something I’m really concerned about as well. I’ll be following this for sure.
Also I ment to say that I was watching Chris Tuttle on a pod and he said he doesn’t like the whole greens/pre/probiotics and to get it from food. But for people like us with sensitive guts I think they can be beneficial least for a few months to change the environment of the gut. But I’m just a moron so I have no idea lol
