Hey guys, some of you know I have been cutting for some time. I hit my goal weight yesterday of 240 and I'm around 18ish % bodyfat (my back seems to hide a bit more than anywhere else so dex would be the only way to truely tell but I look absolutely amazing) I've been on (weekly) 350 tren 330 mast (for shbg supression because im a poor responder i know i know "MaSt UnDeR 12% oR dOnT") 700ish Test E. Pinned EoD with 10iu's of GH daily and 6.66mg reta split biweekly. I also did 14 weeks of Clen 50mg with a 2 week break in there. Ending about 3 days ago.

I've been having issues with hypotension like 110/40 in the last few weeks/month+ with an avg of like 115-120/65 (Pre weight loss I was 140/80, and around 260 I started being 120/70 always) and it's been getting to the point I basically have to sleep when it comes on. I gave blood recently, I have been on top of my supplements. My last bloodwork was about a month ago so I want to get some ordered today but I'm unsure beyond my norms what to look into for deficiencies etc. My workouts have also declined down to like 20-25 sets max over like 40-60 minutes with strength still being as good as pre weight loss. Along with cardio becoming a chore to hit even an hour or 7km down from 15.

One area of suspect given the diet is potassium, yknow I probably only get on average 1500-2000 a day. My caloric deficit has been over for about 2 weeks now so I've just hovered 243-239 based on hydration and when I last ate. Another is recovery debt but I also don't know if it should be this intense plus the blood pressure? I also have CNS issues and have had quite the irritated neck lately wonder if that could potentially affect the blood pressure.

I've been doing cardio 7 days a week with lifting separated by 6 hours every other day.

TLDR with these issues what do you recommend I get tested?

I lost a friend with similar numbers, please get to the dr asap

That doesn't help me get in the right direction dr's in Canada are fucking useless and you have to direct them for anything. I've gone through telehealth to get some general fatigue stuff ordered but that's not totally helpful.

What got him did they find out? My worry is CHF. My theory is GH is causing crazy shit to happen.

I hear ya and understand you are stressed but I'm hesitant of course to dispense anything like medical advice, this can be serious shit. Don't know what got him, they wouldn't tell me and I didn't have the heart to ask the wife at the time. Ambulance guys told me he had very low BP and actually laughed at me when I asked if i could talk to him a sec before they took him away. 3 hours later he was gone.

So my non advice is what I would do - First despite what you say being true I'd get medical attention even if that meant going to ER, Second...

I wrote more but deleted it it seems stupid for me and the board to post anything that could be construed as advice. Nothing I wrote can't be found on google ' advice for staying safe and treating with low diastolic BP '

I wish you the best

Idk about stressed, I feel like I'm pretty chill for 350mg/wk of tren. The blood pressure got worse with GH going up from 4 to 6 to 10iu's and this was happening last time too so maybe I just need to give up on rushing through the last of it and go back down to 4. I was worried about organ englargement and trying to rip through the last 400 iu's before I hit 9 months on it.

IDK I Pr'd flatbench 315 today from 225 on the smith feb 1st. Kind of hard to give up on that kind of progress. The swings seem to be related to coffee or HGH so maybe I just discontinue those first then look at other options while I get the bloodwork done.

Listen to what people are telling you.

Who the fuck cares about a 315 bp from 225 if you're dead? Cmon now. You wanna kill yourself over a 315bp?

It's certainly not related to coffee and most likely not exclusively gh.

Again. Stop the drugs and go see a doctor.

The short game play rarely works out well....guys tend to think so in the moment as it's easy to fall in love with numbers or a mirror....but this is supposed to be a long play.

Something is seriously wrong. You need to go find out what.
