Ya something is going on they have prices on notepad while looking for new place to host site, im sure you'll get a reply.
 
I messaged the rep on here but never heard anything back. Anyone know if anything’s changed or if contacting them a different method?
 
what carrier oil does matrix use mostly, and especially test e ? The website is still down so I can’t check it there
 
I am having issue with Matrix.

First order with them a few months back was perfect. Love the product.

This one they said they would be sending last friday and have since gone dark for a whole week.
 
I have never had any issue with matrix I’ve been buying from Mammoth for over 5 years now almost since they started and I can’t think of 1 bad thing to says about them or Mammoth. I’m sure if you message him you will reply. Maybe there was a personal issue that is causing a delay but I can tell you that he would never rip you off

I can’t see him of all people not following up after already processing admin… The only way he would ever not respond is if you gave him a reason not too.

I often find guys who take to threads with comments like this as opposed to just contacting them directly, they fall into the latter.

I sent multiple emails with no reply over the course of a week before posting on here to see if anyone else was having issues. My order got delivered shortly after so all is good.

I understand that they were just busy catching up after being away and this is likely not a typical experience. I like their product a lot and plan to keep using it.
 
@torhec firstly from a rep, not after being able to see their section on the forum. Even better, contact the rep on the forum and shoot them an email. When contacting matrix make sure you are contacting the official email.

I contacted the Matrix team and inquired about your handle. They say they only received 2 orders from you in total, which was last July and one last December. The orders were shipped out and everything was okay.
I believe you had a back and forth with one of their team members after you asked them to rush process your order? They believe you got pissed at them for not having your way. Please note, Matrix team do not block/ ignore anyone unless that person was being disrespectful.

Yes, I have placed 2 orders with Matrix, as I said the first was great and the second there was a delay. You're making a way bigger deal of this than it is @Mammoth. I got my order and it was fine. Just a little delayed. It happens.

My communication was directly with you. I've attached the full conversation if people want to see exactly what was said (it has the history of both my orders). My order was received / acknowledged Nov 24th (mon), on Nov 28th (fri) you said you'd ship my order by monday at the latest (Dec 1), I sent follow ups to two different emails for you/Matrix during that week with no response, and on Dec 5th I posted on here trying to figure out if there was an issue I wasn't aware of.

I have never trashed your lab, I've actually come on here saying I think you have a great product. At all times I've been respectful. I get it that this shit happens as people have jobs and lives outside of this. I even posted on here to make sure that everyone knew I got my order when it arrived and I had no issue.

A simple - "hey, sorry for the delay" would have been the way to go about this man. Instead you're on here trying to trash my reputation and sending me angry / threatening DMs.

I've dealt with a lot of labs over my 20 years of doing this and this is hands down the worst customer service I have ever gotten (outside of being outright scammed, although those guys were always super polite they just didn't send the product).

You have a choice to make here. You can keep going down this path or you can choose the option you should have started with which is to say "Hey, sorry for the delay Brother". Then I go "no worries man, it happens, all good" and we all carry on with our lives.
