I just want to clear something up that many seem to be confused. I see some people who started using testosterone or TRT and they complain that after 8 week, that they are not getting the results they hoped for and they don't feel the testosterone. And people are quick to ask them about their diet , training and sleep. Some even mention that TRT will not raise testosterone levels when diet is off and sleep is poor. This is completely false. When we are talking from a testosterone levels standpoint, a bad diet and lack of sleep will NOT drop your testosterone levels on TRT. It will if you are natural. But if you are using testosterone from an outside source, it will not make your body drop testosterone levels because exogenous testosterone will not be absorbed less with a bad diet or lack of sleep.
Sure you will feel worst when you don't sleep well and have a bad diet or even dieting too much, but this is not because your testosterone levels have dropped. It's because your body is tired and your neurotransmitters are not operating at their full capacity. I've tested people's testosterone levels on TRT who followed a perfect diet and perfect sleep regimen for 3 months and then tested the exact same people and they followed a more free diet and agreed to sleep 5 hrs a night on average and even though they more exhausted than usual, their testosterone levels stayed the same using the same brand of TRT.
If you are on TRT or using testosterone and you are not feeling any effects at all on libido or energy , it's one of the following.
-you are using fake or underdosed testosterone
-your having absorption issues and one reason is injecting into a scar tissue.
-your energy and fatigue is not not related to testosterone, but a different issue.
Remember that testosterone is very powerful and will even work for sleep deprived people with a bad diet. It was given and tested on soldiers who were malnourished and sleep deprived and their achieved amazing results.
