What do you guys eat after a workout?

You may have written it down somewhere and I missed it but how tall are you and how much do you weigh? I could not eat 4,600 cals in a day unless I wanted to put on significant size. Many can, but I need a significant lower number to maintain weight or bulk. Keep in mind I don't take fat burning compounds like GLP-1 receptor agonist, Retatrutide(which is similar) or HGH's favourite addition for protein metabolism among other positive effects. If I competed and made money from doing so, and felt it was safe, I would consider it but you can accomplish a lot with diet and training. What are you taking now as this impacts the results regardless of what you eat. Apologies, if you already answered this somewhere and I missed it.

The younger you are the more you can get away with (as a rule, not always the case). There are tons of healthy fats - curious if you are adding them to slow down the absorption of food especially in your last meal(s) as in EVOO, healthy fats in seeds/nuts. I agree with the guys who comment the fat is a somewhat high, but I have been well over 100 grams of healthy fats and made progress.
What app are you using? I like the ones you can read the labels and add the proper info in if the food is not listed in the program. Good for you for tracking, I now weigh my food so I know exactly how many oz's of meat I am eating, how many grams of different foods I add in with my eggs, etc.
Congrats on the 1st step in getting a baseline to work with.
5'7" @ 200lbs. I've been 200 for quite some time, but I would like to, with no real timeline set, get to 220lb. Lofty goals ;)

If you are reasonable with your time expectations - I am sure you can do it. If you want to do it in a year with high doses of steroids, you probably won't keep it or I doubt it. Keep in mind pictures you see of people as their avatar are usually when the individual was at their best on a great cycle. That is not a shot at anyone - who wouldn't want to put their best pic up / I would. Realistically, unless you want to jeopardize your health you can progressively get larger/look good but not in a short period. I consider 1 year a short period. If I add 5 lbs of lean muscle and get stronger in a year, I am happy. Take a look at the log for @BanditNOLIMIT - you can see his progression for a competition and it is a good thread for guys who want to compete. For the average guy who wants to stand out, be in good shape, strong, etc. you are not going to look like he does getting ready to step on stage. @BanditNOLIMIT - I hope you know that was a compliment and not pointing you out in a negative manner. I like the thread, and watching the physique changes/weight changes as you get closer and closer.
Your body simply can't deal with massive amounts of compounds, HGH, insulin, fat loss compounds, for 4-6 months and then cruise vs PCT/or down to a TRT year after year. Inevitably it will catch up with you unless you are an anomaly or very lucky. Just read the news and we don't know what they took.
The point of the message is small amounts of PED's, training for your goals, and a diet for growth (hire someone if you need help) - you will get there but slower and chances are you will keep much more of it and it should be a healthier system.

I'm not worried about the timeline. Even 5 years would be acceptable to me. I know I'm starting to get the top end of comfortable weight at this height. Over the last year I gained 8lbs of muscle. This was from my first foray into steroids, so probably my biggest gain expectation. I suspect I can gain 4-5 per year after this.

You nailed it.

😂

I eat a lot of ground beef. I like that I can just sprinkle it on everything. A little more than half of that is from the beef.

I have a lot of options here, but like it as it's really one of the main staples growing up. Just like potatoes.
Ground turkys just as good if you want to cut out some fat

Remove the ground beef from the diet for a while and go chicken breast and white fish , maybe 1 beef meal and day. And watch the change

I'm never against help lol, I hope I didn't come across that way.
Sometimes I hate forums or any written type of communication, so much can be lost or misinterpreted compared to face to face or even just hearing a voice. It's the reason my posts are so long. I've put some miles on the old truck meeting guys half way somewhere to talk about this stuff, so much can be made more clear through facial expression, posture and hand gestures. Saves a ton of time in the long run.

I HATE rice.. but the amount of carbs it provides cannot be ignored. So I guess I'll just suffer.

Yeah rice is a pretty big staple in bodybuilding lol. Lots of guys use potatoes too but sometimes can affect digestion poorly.. maybe use a very low cal sauce like franks or something similar on the rice that you do like

Someone suggested I substitute pasta.... Pros and cons?
