Ok my wifes niece is around 26 and probably weights 330 give or take at 5 foot 5. Lets call her Em. She was a big kid and just kept getting bigger. Still getting bigger actually as her food addiction is strong.
I have been asked my my sister in law if i have access to any of the glp1 medications.
Ems doctor will prescribe ozempic but her insurance doesnt cover it. They all know i can find things so i have been asked to help if i can.
I have no issues with her taking these things because shit has got to change for her and i dont see that happening without medication.
I and im sure you guys know the source (sources) that sell these things so im looking for feedback on the products being sold.
Obviously im looking into all 3 medications available to us via these sources.
Any feedback is welcome

Bro don’t take this the wrong way, it’s meant with complete sincerity. I’ve been in a similar situation.

The only way she will fix her situation is if she really, really, truly wants it. Everyone wants a solution in a syringe. Hell, we all do to right? But we also know that that isn’t the way it works.

Question: can she walk? If so, start there. Walk. And then walk some more. After the first 100lbs come off and she has proven to be serious about this, then pull out the syringe.

Or if you are just wanting to maintain a degree of family support and keep the peace, go right ahead to the injections. I get it.

I hope she succeeds and everything goes well for all of your family.

I can personally vouch for the quality of @GGC GLP-1 products. Both my wife and I have achieved excellent results using their Tirz and Reta

I ended up telling her i couldnt help as i cant vouch for the product.
But really, its just id rather her go through her doctor and do it under medical supervision. I dont mind experimenting with myself but i dont want to be responsible for someone else

@storman I can personally vouch for @GGC Been on the tirz for a while now and dropped 15 pounds during my cut. I actually bought it for myself and did a self experiment before giving it to a family member.
Have you ever thought about switching to Reta? I couldn’t go to the washroom for 2-3 weeks on Tirz. As soon as I switched to Reta, I was going 2-3 times a day. The gastric emptying on Tirz was an absolute nightmare. I know everyone reacts differently, but it seems like most people are dealing with the same issue.

Are you having the same problem? If so, maybe it’s worth considering the switch. Not to mention, Reta also comes with extra fat-burning benefits. Just some food for thought.

Definitely experienced what you are talking about, metamucil helps alot and even then most bowel movements feel terrible. IM buying a vial as soon as they restock on the website.

be honest, gastric emptying is the main reason people stop Tirz. The earlier GLP ones are pretty much avoided now, and most people have switched to Reta. My wife and I both use it, and the biggest difference is that we can still eat when we want to—we just feel satiated and don’t need a huge dose.

Now, Tirz absolutely nukes your appetite, so switching to Reta will feel different. With Reta, you’ll still feel full when you eat, but you won’t need as much food. Tirz, on the other hand, just makes you not want to eat at all. The switch might take some getting used to, so just a little heads-up.

Good advice, I have lots of food noise and cutting has always been harder for me. Tirz definitely nuked my hunger started at 1.5, then bumped to 2.5, injected split into 3 times a week. Feels like I mitigated alot of the sides that way. But im excited to try Ret. Its just sold out atm
