So I’m fairly new to this process. I’ve taken Test C and E combined with Arithmidex, roughly 1.5 per week and roughly .8 x 2 of test per week. I did this for a year with very little result. I received this treatment while working with a reputable TRT lab. Regular blood tests etc and adjustments as needed. No drive, no muscle building and no motivation. Before I restart I wondered if switching to HGH and using BPC 157 for previous long standing pain. I might find better success, also I’m older. In my 50’s and used to hit the gym regularly. I know next to nothing about the process and don’t want to randomly do a trial and error approach. Wondering if anyone can provide incite as to best approach.

Most of the guys here that can really help you out will probably ask for more information about yourself.

What are your goals? Is it just pain management? Is your diet dialed in?

Just a general comment: trt dosages won’t really do a lot in terms of muscle building.

I appreciate your reply. My desire is to have an athletic physique. I’m 55, 267lbs at 5ft 8. My diet isn’t dialled in, it is partial pain management ( knees, shoulder and elbows) but want to be healthier. I have the fitness equipment at home and a heated garage. TRT was originally for intimacy and fitness was to be a nice by product but sadly neither worked.
