Teletest/OLIS consent removal

Has anyone used Teletest.ca for their private bloodwork? I see they share their results on the Onatrio Lab Information System but I have found a form that can be filled out to restrict access to your results. Ontario fucking sucks with the ministry of health requiring labs to share this info on the OLIS system. Sketches me out. Currently on TRT with Science and Humans with bloodwork every 3 months. How the hell is a guy supposed to have any fun without doing my own PRIVATE bloods?!

I have gone through a Naturopath before but reading this it sounds like those tests are likely reported in the OLIS system too. Oddly enough though when I check my lifelabs account it doesn't show the results from any Naturopath requisitions...only from MDs I've done draws with.

I found an eHealth pdf that confirms consent can be withdrawn....but also overridden in some cases.

Has anyone tried this?

Eden Telemed doesn't report it, says them. I haven't used it in Ontario, just Quebec, but there is an Ontario option now. You can pay for the requisition AND pay more to have them come out, draw it and do the labs themselves. I mean, it isn't cheap, but most of "this" isn't.

I put an ND requisition through my insurance, and it did not show up on either Lifelabs nor in the OLIS database.
I had not blocked OLIS at that time either.

In Ontario, there are 2 repositories
Info in the linked thread below.

I will do the ND route if I need to again but fuck me they charge out the ass. Meeting (200) pay for bloodwork (I think it was around 150-200) then follow up for results another 100-150. Gotta pay to play I suppose but frustrating!!

Maybe I'm way out in left field here, but can I make a suggestion?

I would get a recurring monthly blood work requisition. This would prevent the meeting cost, but likely not the blood work req ($150-$200) and then having the results emailed to you and avoid the results visit/tele call/whatever.

We could help you read the results if you are unsure and if something looks wonky, then book a consult to read it with a professional.
