Great stuff! I almost always include some yolks. Not because I knew this but just for the taste so this is really fortunate a good to knowthe post-workout muscle-building response in those eating whole eggs is 40 percent greater than in those consuming an equivalent amount of protein from egg whites
.....the whole egg or the egg whites, the same amount of dietary amino acids became available in your blood. In each case, about 60 to 70 percent of the amino acids were available in the blood to build new muscle protein.
But when the researchers directly measured protein synthesis in the muscle,
"We saw that the ingestion of whole eggs immediately after resistance exercise resulted in greater muscle-protein synthesis than the ingestion of egg whites,"
...simply adding fat to an isolated protein source in the diet after exercise does not boost protein synthesis.
"consuming egg protein in its natural matrix has a much greater benefit than getting isolated protein from the same source."

Whole eggs better for muscle building and repair than egg whites
People who consume 18 grams of protein from whole eggs or from egg whites after engaging in resistance exercise differ dramatically in how their muscles build protein, a process called protein synthesis, during the post-workout period, researchers report in a new study. It's a good example of the limitations of reductionist thinking. A calorie is not always just a calorie. Molecules carry information too.Great stuff! I almost always include some yolks. Not because I knew this but just for the taste so this is really fortunate a good to know

I personally don't worry about the egg cholesterol. Been eating 4 eggs for breakfast for over 2 years and my cholesterol levels are great. Whole is the way to go, so many other benefits.![]()
Choline in Eggs: What Choline Is & How it Benefits You
Choline is an essential nutrient that contributes to healthy brain development. Find out more about what choline is and it's content in eggs today.www.australianeggs.org.au
Just one of many sites. Phosphatidylcholine is a great supplement for the liver. I always eat eggs whole vs whites - want the nutrients and in particular choline for my liver. As with a lot of foods/supplements - we are told for 20 years this is great, then later it changed and told the opposite is lol so who knows what I will learn if I'm around in 10-20 years. Regardless, eggs are one of the few foods I think are great just the way they are - cooked or raw. It takes a few minutes to scramble them and they are excellent for post workout protein source.
Liquid eggs white with a splash of sugar free maple syrup…….really good quick go to 50g of protein in 500ml bottle. Tastes good to.I tried drinking eggs instead of cooking them and eating them. Boy was that a mistake.
They were bad enough to make me want to passout on the toilet.![]()
I used to get duck eggs at the local farmers market all the time. Not quite as gigantic as an ostrich egg, but very rich, bigger, and delicious if you can source them. A Hollandaise or Bernaise made from duck eggs is a decadent indulgence.I want to eat a damn ostridge egg!
I would make pretty tasty shakes with liquid egg whites, so I'm sure that probably tastes good too. Sadly, I'll never drink egg whites againLiquid eggs white with a splash of sugar free maple syrup…….really good quick go to 50g of protein in 500ml bottle. Tastes good to.
lol one of my nephews got one and kept it like 3 months obsessed with the damn eggI want to eat a damn ostridge egg!
Stir? Lol, I don't like the taste. Normall I gulp them down intact with a spach of milk and they taste like milk. The yolks squish up and go down.Been ingesting raw eggs for over 20yrs. No cholesterol issues. On cycle I take well over a dozen a day. I toss them into a cup, stir, and gulp it down. Best protein ever and it used to be dirt cheap
