Got my consultation with vitalityMD coming up next Tuesday. Got blood work done and test levels weren’t exactly low, but my previous ones from a few months back were borderline out of range (around the 320 level, I’m 22 years old). Since then I’ve hopped on finasteride. Hoping I can chalk up the higher levels to me starting finasteride, I really want to get on a prescribed trt dose so that I can start cycling. Wish me luck
Dood any update? I called these guys and they told me they got a 6 month back log. This was during the summer. I should have talked to the doc that they work with because my doc was not going to refer me even after some shitty blood tests.
Sorry I haven't posted anything but it was a long journey. About 6 months ago I finally got in to see the Dr at the Men's Health Clinic Manitoba and had to do blood work 3x's for the Dr to put me on TRT. I just started it 2 months ago. If you are in Manitoba you usually need to be referred by a DR to get into see anyone at this clinic.

Have you used them? If yes do you get to see the Dr or is it a nurse practitioner/coach?

Yes I'm going through them just went through my consultation with the DR and did blood work. I'm currently waiting on my script.So far my cost has been $375 and I believe it will be $175 every 3 months from here on in
Is the dr knowledgeable? Did you discuss with you testosterone, SHGB and E2
What is their target range for your test and estrogen?

I just did my first blood work in Jan I was out of town working when he got my results so I just had a quick phone call he explained everything looked normal except my test which was 12.8 and 207 and that was a concern. I don't remember exactly what he said he wanted to start me at for my script but I'm still waiting to hear from the pharmacy to pick it up. I'll be calling Regenessis tomorrow to inquire When I go in for my next visit and blood work I'll get copies so I can keep track of what's what and get some insight from people here.i don't have a family DR which seems to be difficult to obtain so I tried this route and process was really simple

How many doctors are willing to do remote diagnoses of bloodwork? I get the standard 200mg/1ml Delatestryl per 2 weeks deal from my doctor, which most people get. I also blast T500 between 5 weeks of the normal. I know that my doctor would shit her entire lower digestive tract out if she saw what my levels must get to when I blast. Due to this, I've never had bloodwork/a doctor to help me make informed decisions about my TRT use/overuse.
At the very least, where/how do I get tested from remote?

I've been with upguys for about 5 months now. I came from science and humans. Was looking to try them out to see if there was any cost to be saved as I was sick of shelling out 200/ever 3 months then meds/shipping on top(tho insurance largely covered the cost).
Inhavent fully figured out how upguys is making their money yet other than they won't direct bill insurance. There is no fee for blood work/follow ups only charge is for medication which you can submit to your insurance provider on your own. They charge roughly 200ish for the 2 10ml 100mg/ml test cyp but after submitting to my insurance ends up costing me roughly 80 bucks in the end for three months so the cost savings are there.
My first round of blood work they omitted to add alot of what i consider vital tests for trt. No prolactin, shbg, lipid panel, free testosterone, progesterone. Largely what was in it was rbc wbc hematocrit and total testosterone. I messaged them asking about these and they quickly added them on no questions asked which i appreciated but for someone new to trt and not knowing what markers should be watched I feel they were kind of doing a disservice to members if that's their typical blood work.
Overall for me it works out I know what I'm watching for and so far happier with them over science and humans. They were much easier to get a dose increase than with science and humans who took forever to get from 80mg a week to 110mg/week when i left. Upguys started me at the 110mg/week and at my 3 month follow up agreed to bump me up to 160mg/week.
I’m with science and humans, and yes, it takes forever to up the dosage. I have been experimenting with higher doses for the first 2 months, and I feel better on the higher side, will definitely check upguys, thank you.
They don't offer their services to Quebec yet 
I'll be straight i tanked my test a bit on purpose for the sake of getting an increase like you i feel better at a higher dose and my blood work on higher dose has even shown to be better than ever outside my total testosterone as over top of the range limit. Where science and humans would do a 10mg increase doing same thing upguys gave me a 50mg/week increase. When on a cruise 160mg/week is more than enough for me.
I am with True Balance and I was also started at 80mg/wk, and my 8 weeks bw came back with same test number as my pre-TRT numbers. Initially I was only given 20mg increase but after asking I got bumped up 40mg (120mg/wk) instead. Based on how I feel I definitely think I can move up more but I will be patient. Have to say even at 80mg I was happy to see that I was going the right direction!!
I read their brochure and from my understanding, you can only get compounded test, is that correct?
I was prescribed Taro or whatever the pharmacy has available. is that what you are asking?
I went through trubalance too. They are more of a matchmaker in my experience. The Nurses and Doctors they use definitely steer you towards their compounding pharmacy, but you’re not obligated to use them. They would also like you to buy supplements from their partner or preferred brand, but again, you’re under no obligation to do so.
