Just wondering if anyone has tried athletic greens ag1, it seems to have a crap load of vitamins and minerals and there's a least a few health nut cebreties using it. I'd like to get some and try it out

Hi @Jerbear,
I looked at the website (haven't used it) and looked at the ingredients. My only question to the company before I spent any money is how many mg per 'superfood'. They list a lot which is great but it could 99% of the cheapest one available. If they are listing it as many companies do - the most at the top to the least at the bottom - OK, but how many MG of spirulina / phosphatidyl choline / etc. does it contain?
They list a shit load of ingredients like ALA, ashwaghanda and a lot of adapogens - again all good but how much of each?

Call me a cynic but I find a lot of these catch all will list the vitamins but items like expensive medicinal mushrooms and astragalus - it is just a catch all (154 mg per serving). OK - how much of that is astragalus as that is important for your kidneys?

Some call it their proprietary blend and won't disclose the information albeit I did not see one product that is proprietary. Not knocking the product as I just skimmed the website but if I can't see exactly how much of each item is on a bottle - I won't buy it.

Good insight man yea I don't know a lot about the amounts it might be worth emailing them. I' am interested in it though apparently it's all top quality ingredients and 3rd party tested. Also a few celebrities use them that have nothing to do with promoting the company like Dr.david sinclair, Andrew hubermam PhD

Prograssive greens are the best ingredients and great tasting iv tried so man, always go back to Prograssive, and they also have a phyto berry one thays got all your fruits.
