Bad Experience With Almere Apotheek? Please Reply.

My last order took 1 week to ship out, so 5 working days.

I wouldn't order again after the shit storm.

Best if they open under a new lab, but get there shipping under control.

Plus the old owner passed away, I personally think that is b.s. I don't know how many times I seen that someone passed away.
 
I had been telling admin about my almere issues for a year before anything was posted online. fucked around with fake tracking and excuses for a loooong long time. Tok NM a while to acknowledge.

I never had fake tracking issues. Not once on my 3 orders. But I guess I'm different.

Without bringing up more history, they didn’t issue fakes to me, just went dark for a week when they repeatedly told me it’s was shipped ...and kept avoiding sending me a tracking...as It didn’t exist. I repeatedly asked for shipping to prove it was shipped followed by 3-4 day delays from responses and when final answered I got...I’ll dig up the tracking number...followed by more darkness

I didn’t get fake ones ...but I did get lied to about tracking numbers

which admin??? on which board?
because no one told me about any issue on going for over a year
and why in heavens name if your having issues over a year would you keep buying from them?
that makes no sense to me.

AA was fine on NM. There was some issues we heard about over on Can Mass and it was being dealt with over on Can Mass. When the shit hit the fan I made a post on NM asking who had issues and worked to resolve those issues. Then AA went dark and where not returning our emails. We tried very hard but could not work with them if they where not answering our emails. So they where removed from the board and admins at Can Mass and on NM continued to try to help those having issues get them fixed.

Why would he need to order from Almere when he represents another lab. Or at least that's what the rumors are on MesoRx.

I’ll conclude...they had good gear and whatever customers service problems they had I hope for their clients has been resolved....a bit skepticql but as I was kind kinda burned obviously I’m not impartial ....
Respect for owning up to prior issues I guess...as much as I detest dishonesty, I also respect owning up....unless they are just looking to get back on the boards for financial gain and nothing has changed...hopefully not the case and if not, I wish them well.
I don’t think there is any secret to their previous issues, it ended up very public...which is on them...

On a brighter note it’s getting close to Christmas and i am busy unpacking the elf on the shelf so in the long scheme of thing in my household, ancient history with an order low on my angry list. Shovelling my driveway...significantly higher

Hello everyone, thank you for your honest responses. It is appreciated. I'm getting a better idea as to the damage done on the forums where Almere Apotheek is concerned. It is so very unfortunate.
I'm not here making excuses for past actions. What happened was unacceptable. My hopes were to amend any wrongs from the past and move forward if possible.
I understand what some of the posts where saying about people not forgetting and having a sour taste in their mouth. This is understandable. Coming into this I was fully aware that I was subjecting myself to the possibility of nothing but negative responses and potential personal attack. I was impressed to see that there were some responses crediting the quality of the gear, regardless of poor service and experiences, for which I am grateful. And yes, it is true that I did not need to approach CB about this, and I could have simply created a new label and walked away from Almere Apotheek where the forums were concerned. But this is not right in my opinion. I believe wrongs should be righted, or at least attempted, regardless the outcome.
If anyone would like to communicate with me directly about any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out. I will respond and do everything in my power to make wrongs right.

Almere had the least complaints by far on cm for a very long time. Like zero..... for years. A few hiccups around some time off once and then once in regards to not continue to fill smaller orders......but nothing unmanageable.

However when it went bad, it went terribly bad and the behaviour of the person who was the face of the lab on the forums was not only awful.... it was disgusting. He left (I can only speak to cm issues) with guys with unfilled orders and did whatever he felt like on others. In the end another lab stepped in to take care of those who were neglected. All orders from what I understand were taken care of.... either by the other lab or finally by Almere for those with much patience like king.

What was worse than all of that nonsense was after he left the boards he had the audacity to send out emails blaming the boards for what had happened, and also taunted the forums saying he was going to bury them and make them obsolete through their website.

I guess it didn’t work out.

gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time and second time took months to fulfill once again.

and who are you? ive been on NM for the last ha dful of years and did indeed make orders from almere. I never said the gear was crap but I was having these said issues long before there was any sort of announcement.

Actually That was only in September. Let people read it themselves. Make their own conclusions. It's on another forum. it's already out there.

I've been around plenty. Maybe you haven't been paying attention.

Funny thing... I went there to research another lab yesterday and that showed up.

I as a consumer, like to think I can speak for those of us who simply buy the stuff, should expect some level of transparency.

When I see labs, reps, brewers or any affiliation pile on and bash... I get skeptical. As we all should.

Whether it be Almere, Titan or Innovagen for example.
