Hgh impact on glucose levels

My shows a different error code, but I figured out with mine that you need a BIG drop of blood each time and the blood has to completely fill the strip or it will give you an error everytime. For mine, if the little strip where the blood goes doesn't completely fill up right away, it gives an error. And this only happens when I don't have a big blob of blood.

In the morning when I'm a bit dehydrated, I need to poke my finger sometimes 3 or 4 places to get a decent drop and then even than I squeeze my finger a bunch to mke the drop even bigger before putting it on the strip.

Until I learned this, I'd sometimes poke my finger 5-10 times and use 5-10 strips before getting it not to show the error msg
Poke yourself on the muscle on the inside of your knee and you’ll get the blood out if there easier.
My fingers don’t bleed very well, when a buddy of mine brought over his meter to show me how to use it, he suggested the knee spot.
Works every time.

I Have Type 2 and test any where between 2-6 times a day for the last 7-8 years.
the best meter I have found is "CONTOUR® NEXT ONE smart meter" the amount of blood needed is extremely small and if it is not enough you can squeeze or re prick to get more blood and apply it to the same strip so you do not have to waste them it also connects to your phone and logs the results and be exported to a computer.

The best way i have found if you are having problems getting a big enough drop try holding your hand down at your side and wiggling your fingers for 20-30 seconds and this will normally get the blood to the finger tips. also try poking a bit on the side of the finger tip it wont hurt so much, skin is thinner and seems to give blood better at least on my hands.

I also test as soon as I get up after using the bathroom I find if I wait tell after having a shower or getting ready for work my BG can be as much as a full point higher talking with my doc says this is called dawn effect.

As far as GH goes around 2015 I tried GH for 3-4 months and did not see a big change in my BG but 3 years ago did MK and the difference was huge I went from 80iu of Lantus to 150iu and also needed to take mealtime (Humalog) also at dinner time. After stopping the MK things settled back down and shortly after that I started a Keto diet and was off all Insulin in a few months. I tried the MK again last summer and with in a week or so my numbers started trending up rapidly so had to stop.

Blinky

I beleive it.. My BG levels can be all ovee the place and I've learned it doesn't take much to make them go up and down. Testing as soon as you wake vs testing after you shit shower shave has a huge impact.. Going to the gym at night vs morning has a big impact on morning sugar levels too.
