Hgh impact on glucose levels

I don’t know why, but I don’t feel right. Didn’t matter which brand I used, unless it was crap gh, then I felt nothing.
Who knows why.
What was your protocol?
I never like subq/IM gh, lasted too long in the blood for my liking and caused insulin resistance which is probably why you felt terrible.

only time subq/IM injections seem practical is at night if you intermittent fast

gh makes you hypothyroid too which could be why you felt terrible, your body adjusts though and just increases t4 output overtime but you’ll be hypothyroid for a few months if I remember the data correctly. Could be why you also got constipated

I would go hypo a lot easier while running any decent amount.
I also go hypo if I take in too much caffeine.
But truthfully I don’t miss the gh, other than it may have helped me lean out a bit. But I didn’t get way better sleeps or nicer skin that I really remembered.
I want to sleep good I take some cbd oil

I tried different protocols, but felt the same either way.

I had great sleep but it was probably from going hypo and passing out lol, hgh causes more insulin to be released so blood sugar crashes after a meal, I’d sleep almost every meal on gh

never got good skin on it though

I had to time my meals perfectly because if I waited too long or something then I’d go hypo.
I get the exact same thing from dbol, except I actually put on size with dbol, lol.

Yea, layne norton just did a video on how hgh is not anabolic

I think it’s more for recovery and fat loss, noticed I could train more frequently on it, was almost training the same body part everyday and I wouldn’t be sore and I’d get stronger

I noticed a difference on trt, with gh you were not nearly as sore and recovered fast.

Were you monitoring your BG? Apologies if you've answered this already, I'm too lazy to scroll up 🤣
Yes I was and it was fine.
Gh just makes me feel off. I can’t explain it. Truthfully not like I got a world renounced physique from it, so who cares, plus it saves me a pile of money.

LOl, I wish I didn't like it..... would save me a ton of cash.

Not answering your question but kind of relevant...

My coach has me taking fasted BG twice per week. Something you should be monitoring if using HGH. I think I paid like $60 for the monitor.
I bought a BG meter 6 or 7 months ago.. I bought it because my doctor found high blood sugar in some blood work.. I honestly think a BG meter is one of the best dieting tools you can buy.. Takes the guess work out of things.

Ok thnx , i have 2 moniters (glucometer)? Thats what your talking about right? Our old cat had diabetes had to give him insulin so wifes pretty smart with the curves and crap lol , iv noticed on blood test my glucose was at 10 -2 hrs past eating wheee it should be around 6 or 7 around that time, so im slowly doing more research and think boarder line type 2 . Not sure sure yet. Just actually mentioned to wife last night i was fonna start testing when i get home.in a few months

Appreciate your advice.

I'm in the same boat.. I'm whats called "pre diabetic".. I'm not actually there yet, but border line.. I've been learning lots about diabtetes and blood sugar in the last 6 months because of it.

The only way to use your monitor to really determine if you are diabetic or near diabetic is taking blood sugar when you first wake up.

Tkaing BS levels during the day tell you if your body is burning up your BS or not.. When you sleep, your body isn't using glucose (well a tiny amount) so its your insulin's job to make sure your BS isn't getting high when you aren't active.. If your recptors aren't responding to insulin, your waking blood sugars will be high because you've been marinating in blood sugar and your insulin and receptors can't do their job. Once you start walking/moving around, your BS drop becaue they are being used for energy. This is how it was explained to me by my docotr.

If you suspect you might be pre diabetic, honestly go get the blodo work done.. Especially if its in your family history. And a good doctor will not only test your fasting blood sugars, he will test a bunch of other things to really see what's going on.

That's what I did, except my machine is trash.
which ones did you use?

This is mine.. I've had some suspcisous readinds on it and I'll retest right away and get a very different number.

Last time I got a high blood sugar reading with it (couple days ago), I did two more tests and got the same number each time that was vastly different than the first.

I'm wondering if I'm using it wrong in terms of somehow something on my hands gets into the drop of blood.??

OneTouch Verio Flex.

Man I go through like at least 3 strips trying to get a reading. It keeps coming up with ER2 or ER4. Do you have this problem?

My shows a different error code, but I figured out with mine that you need a BIG drop of blood each time and the blood has to completely fill the strip or it will give you an error everytime. For mine, if the little strip where the blood goes doesn't completely fill up right away, it gives an error. And this only happens when I don't have a big blob of blood.

In the morning when I'm a bit dehydrated, I need to poke my finger sometimes 3 or 4 places to get a decent drop and then even than I squeeze my finger a bunch to mke the drop even bigger before putting it on the strip.

Until I learned this, I'd sometimes poke my finger 5-10 times and use 5-10 strips before getting it not to show the error msg

This is exactly the problem I'm having I think. I'm going to try this.

PS. Thanks for the shaving tips off the thread not so long ago. Now been shaving like that for 6 months. Just had some more Taylor of Bond Street cream dropped off this morning along with a fresh multi pack of Shark blades 👌
