I work 12 day/night shifts.....able to run GH?

I have never given running GH a serious thought until now. I am 49.5yrs old and have been training half my life. I don't want to compete or be 240lbs. From reading posts, I have some basic knowledge about using GH. I know you should pin first thing in the morning after waking up. And the second shot is mid-afternoon. And that's my concern.....I work continental shifts so I'm always flipping back & forth between days & nights. Anyone else work shifts and been able to get the benefits from running GH?

This week I work Mon & Tues days and then I don't go in until Fri night. Could I skip the Fri morning shot and do it in the afternoon when I get up from my nap? And after working my weekend of nights, I come home, shower, and go to bed. Would I pin when I wake up around 1:30pm? I could then pin first thing in the morning for a week (until I go in for nights the following Mon night). Gear is more forgiving when it comes to having your sleep schedule turned upside down. I have never read any article that covers this situation so that's why I'm asking. I would start with 2iu to see how I react.....maybe bump it up to 3iu after a month?????
 
I really don't think it matters too much when you pin it to be honest.... everyone says different things.

Pinning it fasted in the AM before cardio does seem to be the best and most common, I pin fasted then again post workout.

I'd give it a go.

I hope I get a few more replies because I'm still not 100% certain I will get everything out of it because of my work schedule. The rep does seem like a good guy.
 
nooby mistake of over thinking it. all information about off script hgh use is broscience. not saying its all wrong. script use is once a day, most off script users are using it once a day and id bet the majority are not doing it even every day. are you using it to bodybuild or anti aging/recovery/healing?
this is your experiment. do it how you want.
 
It's 40% anti-aging and 60% muscle building/bodybuilding. And yes you are 1000% correct.....I over think everything which can be a blessing AND a curse. I really appreciate the feedback you're giving me ABMonkey(y)(y)

I’ll echo this. Never found any importance to timing.
For what you’re looking for id do around 4 iu a day
