I've heard laying on your back issuppose to be the way go go but u can't seem to find comfort like that. Let me know what's you guys do and any suggestions

Same here but I feel like over the years it's catching up to me some days Im waking up with stiff shoulders and what not. Anyone here got a technique or sommin they would like to share

Side sleeper here. They say for spinal alignment put a pillow between the knees.

I also think for the amount of time we spend sleeping investing in a good bed, pillow and sheets is a worthwhile investment.

I also sleep on my right side with my left leg pulled up and resting on a pillow. My second choice is on my back. I can't sleep on my left side at all, it's crazy uncomfortable and it actually gets uncomfortable breathing after a few minutes.

Same here. I can't breathe properly because my nose has been re-arranged a few times. Problem is the wife is on my left and if i want to grope her in her sleep, I can't because I can't breathe.

Side sleeper here too. Considering the amount of your life you spend in your bed or on your feet I always say new work boots every 12 months and a new mattress every 5 years.

I just bought a Temperpedic mattress today. Lots of $$ so sure hope it’s as good as it seems.

It’s got a 100 day warranty so we will see.

omg exactly the same here!!

Back sleeper, but will catch myself in the middle of night on sides at times. Have a bad ass latex pillow, pricey about 140ish bucks but man I've had it for years and made a night and day difference for my neck, used to have all kinds of neck issues then I bought this pillow and bam sooooo much better

Side sleeper here. Typically on my left side as they say if you have acid issues that side is the better side to sleep on due to the arrangement of the stomach entrance. You would get less acid this way. It does seem to have some validity as I def have less acid issues by far sleeping this way. If I flip to my right side I can often feel the acid well up. I also try not to sleep on my back as I tend to snore when i do that especially when i am larger. Currently not an issue as I only weigh about 180lbs. When I was at my biggest (right around 235lbs) I could snore in any position....lol...HCO did not appreciate that.

I'm a back sleeper mainly, it started when I found out I had colitis.

I always sleep on my front, but with colitis pain it hurt to sleep with the stomach pain.

Back sleeper here. Sometimes sides. I made myself sleep on my back years ago cuz I was waking up with kinked neck and sore back all the time from front sleeping.

Its not easy to switch to back sleeping at first. Prop yourself up a bit with multiple pillows so you're on a 30+ degree angle or so . This worked for me as it helped my breathing and stopped me from rolling over because with all the prop pillows if you rolled to your side your spine would curve too much and force you back to your back... front sleep is impossible with the extra pillows too as youd be bent backwards.

Spread your arms and legs out too like a starfish. That will also help prevent you rolling over.
