So I've been using Opti's (grey tops) for approximately 3 months now, slowly working up to 3iu's on my way to 4 and figured I could drop a review now....

Firstly I should state that this is my first time running GH. So you may choose to take what I say with a pinch of salt. Initially was reluctant to buy "generic" GH as generally generics are widely thought of as being junk but having spoke to a few vets & doing plenty research opti's seemed like the real deal.

Currently loving them. Leaning out nicely even when diet has been a bit sloppy. Sleep has been great, bags have also disappeared from eyes. Overall feeling awesome and super healthy.

In terms of sides, the fucking tiredness is brutal.... could nap at any given time, lol. Also noticed tingling in hands and feet quite frequently especially during the night.

Current dosing is 2iu's fasted prior to cardio then keep the fast going for a few hrs, then another 1iu PWO.

I will be picking up some more.

Do you have to take insulin with HGH or that a rumor
No. It depends on what dose you're using.

The advice I was given, if you're exceeding 4iu's/day then you may have to look into insulin. There are other options too such as Metformin and Berberine.

I'm really enjoying it so far.

However I will add the past couple of days the numbness/tingling in hands and feet has been quite brutal along with reasonably achey joints. I did jump the dose up.
 
I was using Opti’s and log. They did work quite well. At 6iu though I would get a lot of water retention. I switched to pharma grade Humatrope because my order came in. The water retention dropped a little but the rest of the sides much the same as the Opti’s.

as far as generics go these are by far the best I’ve used.
 
He has lots of over stock offered a good price on 10 kits of the greys might see if hed honor that with 5 kits im 6'5 260 wanting to lean out wanted run 3 iu day
 
Well I am no expert on GH. But I do feel like something is working. I have noticed I am sleeping longer and not waking up as much. I have noticed the pumps in the gym last week were intense. I feel alot fuller and look more rounded out. Now I have not paid to much attention to see if there is any changes in skin on my face, but idk. Something does look different, even the fiance said she can see a difference in how I look. Now if thats from dieting or cardio idk.

Maybe others can help point out other things that maybe im not noticing.

Couldn’t have said it better.

Sleep is amazing, barely any toss and turns (as per my sleep monitoring app), I look “fuller” is all muscle groups, getting lots of craving for sugars-I do have a sweet tooth.
Skin is less oily I find and my overall body is starting to look sharper.
No cardio or dieting yet, will start that in November and see if I can maintain the mass while cutting.

I’m told to keep my fasting window, post-am-HGH injection to 2 hours. Much beyond that and the muscle catabolism vs fat mobilization ratio can become disadvantageous. Also, most would recommend the second dose fasted, before bed. Be sure to monitor BG. Shouldn’t be going over 5.5 otherwise you’ll wanna look at insulin or at very least metformin. I take 500mg/day, 30 mins before my last meal. I take 1.5iu HGH am and 1.5iu HGH pm. Took 6-7 weeks for the shitty sides to subside but I still have some ankle swelling and hand numbness.

took 4-5 weeks before sides went away. on 4iu now and working well, leaning out while growing into my off season. muscles fuller pumps are stupid and recovery is amazing. sleep is good don't even need coffee in morning just feel fresh.

i do 4iu before bed on workout days and 2 ius on my 2 days off at bed. will run this for 2 more months and drop down to 2iu to bridge before cutting next spring.

glucose problems typically don't arise till 5iu or above, but best way is to just track your fasting glucose before you start and check it regular to see what body is doing.

You have a fasted time, lol. I eat every 2-3 hours.
 
I got a kit on the way. After more then 15 years of AAS abuse i still have not tried GH.
This is a experiment for me. Hopefully i see some benefits to it
You are trying gh... my god the world is ending, lol.
At least you are getting good stuff if it’s still the same quality as when I used it.
Just don’t expect a miracle, it’s kinda like primo.

After over a year of useage, I didn’t really find a huge difference. I injected 1/2 way thru my workout, which was 2 hours before bed.
