hi thank you guys ! im a 27 year old male who lives in Surrey bc. I love working out and getting strong. Im generically a strong male at 6'3 220 pounds. im a bit of a loner at this point in life, not really by choice but by circumstance. This forum seemed to have like mined people who cared about getting a good pump in the gym so I thought I would join. im a bit of a newbie, but im looking to learn . Please if you need me for anything im happy to be of help, would love to meet you guys learn more about this forum.
