Hey everyone - Glad to be part of the forum, and it’s great to see some familiar former NM names @Taureau @OntarioDude @The Old Guy. I’m using the same handle as I did in NM, so perhaps some of you may recognize me as I hit around 600 posts, but hadn’t been active for about the last 3 years.

A bit about me. 37 year old located near Barrie, Ontario that’s been training on and off since 15 years old. Getting back into the swing of things after a 3 year hiatus due to an injury, career change, kids, and life in general.

I’ve cycled on and off since the age of 18 (ya I know, too young) and have been on prescribed TRT for 11 years now.

I look forward to reconnecting with a number of members here while meeting new ones.
