[/QUOTE Hey guys!! Im from Northern quebec , 36 ,and been training ever since i was 16 !! Always loved it . Been running aas since 6 years now and love The feeling!! Never competed as i do not have any time for it( kids and work ) i met a buddy on an other forum which suggested me to take a look in canadian brawn As it was easier of approach!!!
