Hi guys!

Thank you for the warm welcome! To give you guys a bit of information I currently reside in South Africa. I work in the fitness industry (supplement store owner) and my missus is a doctor. We have decided to emigrate to Canada (things are really bad in South Africa, don't want to go into too much detail on this thread). We have begun the process so hopefully in a year or two we'll also be "Canadian" 😂💪.

I wanted to join the forum so long to get a bit of info about the gear scene that side, how the supplement industry is there (are there independently owned supplement stores?) and how big fitness/bodybuilding is in general.

Stats:

Height - 1.85m
Weight - 115kg
Bf - 13. 2% (covid BS taking its toll) 😂
Age - 27
Competition history - 3 Shows
Cycles - Too many to count 😂 Blast and cruise approach. Typically cruise for 4-6weeks on 200mg pw and then blast.
Currently on week 4 of a 10 week blast
750mg test e
600mg EQ
75mg tren ace eod
300mg deca
Also take 4iu Gh 5 on 2 off
Insulin 5-10iu (Humalog 45min pre workout) with another 5-10iu post workout.

Anyway, I look forward to learning from all of you and to contribute to the forum to the best of my abilities.

Regards
Phill93

Welcome sir.

Where in SA are you from? Despite its problems, probably one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Where in Canada are you looking to settle? Many South African’s in the city that I live in.

Welcome to the board. Used to be long ties between Canada and SA in regards to AAS in one way or another.😉😎

Hi brother,

Currently in the Northern Cape province (Kimberley) but from Gauteng (Johannesburg).

We aren't 100% certain yet, from what I understand it will have to be a "rural" part of Canada for the missus to find work. Friends of ours went over 3 or 4 months back, they are staying in Alberta, Red deer County.
I've done a bit of research and because I'm also an avid carp angler we'd like to move to a state where I can still fish for carp so hoping on Manitoba :)

Haha really? I would think that the gear you guys get comes from the EU..
Much more expensive in Canada then here though. We are probably one of the cheapest places to buy PED's next to India.

Do you know South Africa well? Which parts have you visited?

I have quite a few friends from SA. Mostly Cape Town and Durban. Heck....Even my doc is from George. Lol

I’ve spent time in cape town, hermanus, gansbaai and PE in 2014. Just tourists. We have talked about returning with friends from there. I suppose we shall see if that happens once international travel opens up.

We were going to go to joburg while there but were advised not to so we stayed long in Cape Town.

Genx always had close ties to Canada. Genx was probably the biggest ugl ever. 😊. The owner resided in Cape Town for his final years trying to evade extradition.

Cape Town is very nice. It's a pity that we have so much issues with rasism and corruption here. It really is a beautiful country and the cost of living is very low.

Crime is bad but it really depends where you are, the entire jhb isn't bad just the cbd area. If you are here on holiday don't visit jhb though. You want to visit the small coastal towns. Start with Balito (the main airport in kzn moved to Balito, no longer in Durban) then hit margate, amanzimtoti etc.
I'd say go to the Kruger national park from jhb as it's close then costal cities like Balito etc followed by cape Town.

Geez dude you must be talking about the guy from Axio labs hey? Brian Weinstein? Or was then gens partner?
I have a mate who did security work for Brian but he was involved in diamonds, gold etc etc. Brian ultimately lost his life over the night club security scene. Was shot in his bed next to his wife and child.

Fun fact: Axio labs basically changed ownership when Brian passed. It's being sold by his former partner (don't want to mention a name on a public forum) but they changed their name to HD labs.

I'm actually against UGL products.. People should stick to pharm grade. Lots of unethical people selling total BS to the public.

Are there independently owned supplement stores that side? How's the gear scene? Do people generally order their stuff through a website or from a "source" they know? Sorry for all the questions, I'm hoping to open up a store that side and it's always better getting info from bros who actually use bodybuilding sups and PED's
