Hey all, joined the group as saw post come up searching via search engine and found post about me and lifting heavy weights in Port Moody many years back. Im Paul Lepik from WSM international heats 1996 and 1997, also WPC and WPF Powerlifter years ago. WPF World Champ 1994. Best official lifts in competition 910 squat, 501 bench, 810 deadlift at 275lb class. Coached by the late Jeff Magruder of Redmond, Washington from 1989 onwards. Jeff benched 640 and 660 atv220 and 242 back in the day. Gave me great tips and trained me like I was his little Brother. Big respect to that sports mentor and friend. These days lift however for Jiu Jitsu and fitness. Compete in BJJ few times a year. Last year won worlds no gi in my division and age group. Still pull 700 plus if given 4 or 5 months to wind it up and squat havent tried heavy but retain lotbof strength though bodyweight for Jits 215 to 225. Might move up to ultra heavy, will see. Different game these days. Thanks for the welcome all.

Paul
