Hi CBers. Thank you very much for the welcome. I have been watching and reading and trying to learn as much as possible. From the beautiful province of Ontario. 50 yrs old. Tired and Pissed cause of low test.......
5'10" 213 lbs. Had the pleasure of heavy labor for 20 yrs. Getting my ass kicked at the gym by my sons. Currently 4wks in 500mg test e pw. Really need to learn about diet (macros). Glad to meet everyone!! Cheers!!
